A Meditation For Energetic Clearing

Sometimes what we need most is simply to be held, and re-ignited with our essence, our light. In this channeled meditation, Farah guides you into a sacred circle of light that expands until it fully encompasses you. From that luminous space, you'll be led through a gentle body scan to locate and illuminate the voids: the places within you that have detached from light, and invite regeneration back into every cell.

Today I'm going to be free-riding with what flows and what wants to come through for maybe myself, For the collective, And for whoever might be listening and who's in this vicinity of the space that I'm currently in. I invite you to close your eyes and say a prayer to open the part of you that needs access right now so that you take yourself on a journey when you hear this episode together with that part. In this moment find yourself energetically clearing from the debris of what you had once encountered in your life. Allow yourself to open and receive the medicine that flows today. Enjoy the journey, Enjoy this nurturing flow, This ceremony, This invitation, And allow me to hold your hand through it, Though remotely today, But let me be there, Let me be your guide through this process. Make yourself comfortable and listen carefully with your eyes open or closed or staring at a certain point, Whatever suits you today. I want you to imagine a circle of light, A circle of light in your space, And the circle of light becomes larger and larger as you stare at it and it continues to become larger and larger. Maybe you see it really, Really close to you, Maybe you see it above your head, Or maybe you see it far in the same room, Or maybe you see it outside the window. Wherever it is located, I want you to imagine and watch how this circle, This beautiful round circular shape of light is becoming bigger and bigger and bigger, And now reaches the same size as you, And then it continues to get bigger and bigger, And now it starts to touch you. It goes through you and sort of encompasses you in it as it becomes bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. It stretches out so far wide that you no longer know where you are. You are in the circle of light and nothing outside matters. You are held deeply, Held surely, And held sacredly in this sacred container. And in that place, I want you to scan yourself. The light is so wide, The light is so bright, The light that flows is so bright that it instantly turns every dark in your body into tiny little spots. And because of the magnitude of the light that this circle emanates, And now that you're part of it, You can easily see those black holes, Those containments that lack the light. They're not darkness, They're not poison, They're not anything from outside. They are you without light. They're black holes, They're voids. There's little practices that we can do to fill those voids in light, And so that we regenerate our energy from within and nurture ourselves. And that's what we're embarking on right now. I want you to imagine that you're able to see, Scan your body as it stands, Nurtured by light. And bit by bit, I want you to shift your awareness from the top of your head, Through the middle, Through the lower part of your head, Going down your chin, Your neck. And as you scan your body, You're magnifying the impact of light on this area of body. And in that, You fill any void of darkness with light. So it all becomes luminous. And you continue to scan your body. And now you go into your collarbones, Your chest, Your waist. Take all the time you need. Down through your belly, Your hips, Your buttocks, Your legs, Your knees, Your feet. All the way down. And through your feet, Into the ground, Light beams through your entire body, Through every cell. I want you to take a deep breath, Inhale. And exhale. Imagining this flow of light, This energy, Beaming and radiating every single cell of your body, Of your being. Eradicating any voids, Fragments of energy, Brought back through light, Invited to illuminate any voids. In that space, I want you to see the regeneration of light flowing through your body, Moving through your body, Becoming of your body. And now that we are here and that we are ready, I call that all darkness that had been unloved and resolved, I call the light to fill any void that became such darkness. I call on my ancestors and my healers, My spirit guides and my angels to fill these desires, These needs, These commands, In the highest good and the highest way for all beings. I call on for the purity of my desire, So that I radiate bright, And so that I lack no light, But that I beam as light for light. Enjoy the journey and let light surround you through every moment of your life, Through every day of your life, Through every waking second of your life. Today and every day.
