Make sure that you are comfortable sitting in the cross-legged position or laying down if you're not comfortable sitting up.
You have your journal and pen beside you.
Come into your breath,
Paying attention to its natural rhythm,
Ebbing and flowing without changing it.
Feel where you are holding tension and feel where you are feeling light and free.
What is the general feeling of your body today?
Just simply notice,
Nothing more.
Now breathe some space and light into your body,
Feeling it radiate out into every cell.
Breathe deeply into your abdomen and notice,
Is it tight or is it soft?
Is your breath able to fill your entire belly so that your belly extends out with the fullness of your breath?
As you breathe out,
Gently pull your belly button back towards the spine,
Allowing all the air to be pushed out of your belly.
If your belly feels tight,
With the next breath,
Push your abdominal muscles out slightly,
Extending them as far as they will go without straining.
Hold your abdomen here for a few seconds and gently push the belly out in a few short bursts,
Pushing the muscles out and then releasing out with the out-breath.
Do this two more times.
Does your abdomen feel more relaxed now?
Is your breath more fluent and at ease?
We hold a lot of tension in this area because of the conditioning to hold our stomachs in.
This creates a lot of tension and stagnation around our reproductive organs.
This is a really beautiful practice to do regularly.
Come back into your natural soft and relaxed breath.
Put your hands on your womb space and feel the energy that is coming from your womb.
Breathe into your womb space and use all of your senses to tune into this place within yourself.
How does it feel in there?
Are you able to connect with the feeling of your womb?
Or does it feel distant and numb in there?
Be present to all that you are feeling or not feeling.
All of this information is valid and vital in showing you what you need to know on this journey.
Write down two or three words that come to mind that describe what you are feeling in your womb space.
Now visualize inside of your womb.
How does it feel in there?
Can you see anything?
Is it tight or soft,
Dark,
Open,
Full or empty?
Is it easy to go inside?
Or is there a big lock at the gate?
Get with whatever arises and invite the feeling into your womb fully.
With your breath start to breathe some affirmations into your womb space such as love,
Light,
Healing,
Softness,
Forgiveness,
Whatever comes to mind or whatever feels appropriate.
Just one at a time as you speak these affirmations can you feel the energetic effect of the affirmations ripple through your cells throughout your whole womb space.
You might need to repeat the words a few times feeling how these affect the cells within your body.
As you speak these affirmations and feel them ripple through your womb can you feel your vitality rising?
If not what do you feel?
With your breath keep speaking these affirmations and feel them grow and ripple through your whole body.
Feel your body with these affirmations building your vitality and inviting in the bliss that is your natural state of being when you can transmute your stories and suffering into pure energy.

Powerful women who have the ability to change our state of being at will through our bodies.
How does your body feel now?
How does your womb feel now?
Does it feel different to when you started?
Now intuitively allow a crystal to come to your mind.
What does this crystal look like?
See if you can feel the energy coming from this crystal.
Is it palpable to you?
Can you see the energy radiating off the crystal?
Now imagine placing this crystal into your womb space and feel its energy radiate through the cells of your womb.
How does this feel?
If it doesn't feel good to you just simply release this process and give thanks.
If you feel the crystal energy within you just breathe and be present to its medicine.
Give thanks and ask for its healing and guidance.
Hold its energy within you and invite it to stay activated inside of you throughout the day.
Now begin a prayer of gratitude giving thanks for everything that comes to your heart and mind.
And continue this for as long as you feel.
Notice how it makes you feel to consciously practice gratitude.
Continue any aspect of this practice,
This meditation for as long as you like.
When you have completed your meditation finish by stating your intentions to yourself.
Ask what does my body need today?
What does my womb need today?
What does my spirit need today?
