This is a meditation session that focuses on self-soothing.

We'll explore how to soothe ourselves and get ourselves in a place where we feel safe and loved.

Go ahead and ensure you're seated comfortably or lay down comfortably with your eyes closed and relax your body and relax your body deeply.

Let go of any tension that you might feel anywhere in your body.

You can repeat the following silently in your mind,

But it's better if you can say it out loud.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I'd love for us to imprint what we just talked about into our bodies so our bodies feel safe.

We're going to do a body scan and I'd like for you to imagine that your higher power or your creator,

God,

Is sending you a ball of healing light to heal your body from any trauma that you may have suffered from any anxiety or panic.

Or stress that you feel from any depression that's pulling you down.

And we're going to allow this healing ball of light to enter our body and go through it top to bottom.

But first,

Before we do that,

I'd like for you to observe this healing light,

Which has now appeared above your head.

What does this healing ball of light look like?

What color does it have?

And is its shape a perfect circle?

Is it spherical?

And is it moving?

Is it making a sound?

How bright is the light?

Just focus on observing this healing light and also observe the characteristics of this healing light.

That it's light.

That it's a concentration of healing energy.

That it's made from love from your creator.

And that it's here to serve you and to make you feel better.

I'd like for you to allow this healing light to slowly enter your body through the top of your head.

And have it slowly enter your head.

And as it's entering your head,

Allow it to cleanse your mind and your brain from any thoughts or beliefs that no longer serve you.

And allow it to release any tension that you feel around your head and on your face.

Let go of any tension and thoughts that no longer serve you.

And now this healing light has totally enveloped your head and it's moving down,

Down your throat.

And it's healing your throat.

A lot of times we have pent up energy in our throats,

In our thyroid.

This happens when we don't speak our mind or hold back on our thoughts and ideas from sharing them from others and so forth.

And we allow this healing light to cleanse our throat and our thyroid.

And then we allow it to move down to our shoulders.

And we keep a lot of tension in our shoulders.

Allow this tension to be washed away.

And allow this healing white light to go down your left arm,

All the way down your chest.

And here we're going to repeat some of our affirmations before continuing with the body scan.

So at this point,

The top half of your body is fully enveloped in this healing white light.

And I'd like for you to say,

I am safe.

And feel,

Feel these words in your body.

I am loved and I will be okay.

And allow this healing light to continue to move down your body,

Down your glutes,

Your groin,

Your thighs,

And your calves and your shin,

Out your feet and toes.

And just allow this healing light to constantly run through your body like a waterfall,

Like standing under a waterfall,

Where it's washing away stress,

Anxiety,

Panic,

Depression,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

It's washing it away from the top of your head,

All the way down your body.

And I will be okay.

And as we approach the end of our time together,

I invite you to take this sense of safety and self-love and certainty that you'll be okay throughout your day.

And enjoy your day feeling good inside.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Day.

Be gentle with yourself.

Be kind with yourself.
