Tibetan Singing Bowl For Root Chakra Healing

Here is a recording I made recently of a Tibetan Singing Bowl I have purchased. The sound generated was beautiful and calming, even just from tapping the bowl. Naturally, I had to hook up my recording equipment and capture this sound to share with you all. Eventually, I will look to do a follow-up where I encourage the bowl to sing for a longer period of time. The note this produces is a high C, which is associated with Root Chakra Healing Meditation & and when used regularly with a Root Chakra Healing Meditation, it can be used to nurture a sense of grounding, peace of mind, and security. I recorded this in an acoustically treated environment to minimize background / external noises. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
