Pebble Beach Waves

This recording was gathered on a pebble-strewn beach in southern England. I particularly like hearing the waves push and drag the pebbles and the rolling sound that creates as they are tumbled around together by the ocean. The sea hisses between each wave as if it is inhaling and exhaling. It's a really amazing sound to hear so intimately.

I love this. It sounds just like my happy place I grew up playing in the summertime, 8 hours away from me now so I don't get to visit often. This track helps me visit that place again on my mind and brings me great peace.
