Here is some ambience I recently recorded that I have added some music to that sweeps and drifts around the ambience. For me, I have found it really calming to focus on deep breaths with the pulsating of the music. For example, taking a long inhale as the music builds and exhaling as the music falls. Focusing on the musical sounds, ambience and breathing really sweeps me away from everything and calms the mind. I have found this to help me personally with focus.
