The following is an exercise in subliminal imprinting.

A meditation using truth affirmations designed to awaken to your true self.

To bring to your conscious awareness the realization of who you really are,

Of what you really are,

And of the unlimited potential you possess.

You need do nothing but relax and listen.

It's okay if you fall asleep,

For the positive suggestions will enter and work their way through your subconscious mind,

Rewiring and realigning your thinking with its original cause,

Which is spirit.

Take a moment to situate yourself so that you can be as comfortable as possible.

We begin with three breaths of renewal.

First,

Take a deep breath.

Then slowly exhale,

Breathing out all stress,

Thoughts,

Or feelings from the day.

Next,

Take a deep breath,

Breathing out slowly all of the worries or fears of the day.

Then,

While very slowly and deeply inhaling,

Breathe in all the potential,

Peace,

And stillness of this very moment.

Very good.

Now,

Give yourself permission to relax and be present for the next 25 minutes.

Nothing to do,

Think about,

Or accomplish.

Slowly relax and allow these sounds and affirmations to enter and wash over your entire being.

Relax and let go.

Allow yourself to be open,

Attentive,

And ready to receive.

Allow your breath to move you deeper into yourself.

Relax.

You are pure in spirit.

You always have been and you always will be.

Inside of you is a place of confidence and stillness.

A place where all things are known and understood.

This is the universal mind of which you are a part and of which responds to you as you ask.

You listen to the voice of the universe as it speaks within you.

It is the voice of truth and it guides you along your path.

The universal mind is perfect and you may rely upon it to guide you in all of your affairs.

You trust this power,

Placing your future now under divine care.

You are now and always have been connected to perfect and inexhaustible source of knowledge.

All you need comes to you and even now the answers are speeding their way to you.

You draw upon the limitless power of creation,

Always here for you,

For it is in you,

It is one with you,

And you are a part of it.

You are connected with all people,

Beneath personalities,

Names,

Or faces.

They are connected in love,

Ever exchanging and always supporting.

Your purpose in life is to move upward and outward,

To expand and extend knowledge and love and abundance and unity.

You turn your future over to divine hands.

You turn each problem over to that all-knowing mind,

To which all things are possible.

You have complete confidence that every circumstance that comes your way is part of a perfect plan to convert the image of your faith into reality.

Success,

Harmony,

Peace,

And confidence are yours.

Even now,

The universe seeks to answer your every need.

Thoughts cross your consciousness in a never-ending stream.

You do not create these thoughts.

They come from the far reaches of the universal mind and are directed to your consciousness.

For you have attracted them,

And you may choose any thoughts you desire.

You have but to decide,

And the ideas and images you have chosen are attracted and directed to you.

As you accept them,

So shall they manifest in your world.

You trust that the manner in which each of your thoughts manifests is perfect order and perfect time.
