Hey,
I just wanted to create a short grounding meditation for you.
So,
Sit in a comfortable chair.
Your feet can be flat on the floor.
Take some breaths,
However they feel good for you.
Start nice and slow.
Feel the air come into your lungs on the inhale.
As you release,
Feel the air exit and your body relax on the exhale.
Just take some nice breaths like this.
Make sure you can feel your body in the chair,
Your feet on the floor.
And through this short grounding exercise,
You'll be able to anchor in very deeply to the crystalline core of Mother Earth,
Which will give you tremendous strength and keep you rooted firmly to Mother Earth at all times.
And the more you do this,
And the more you think about it,
The stronger it will be.
So,
As you continue to breathe and just relax,
Just feel your body in the chair and allow your leg muscles,
Your thighs,
Your quads,
Your hamstrings,
Just allow them to start to release and relax,
As well as your glutes if you feel any tension there.
And then go down to the calf muscles slowly and just gently invite them to release and relax a little bit.
And as you work your way down to the feet,
Just bring your awareness to the bottom of each foot.
You can start with your right foot.
Just imagine the center of the sole of your foot.
And as you bring your awareness to it,
It'll start to activate.
It might tingle.
It might get warm.
You just might notice the pressure.
And once you find it on the right foot,
Go ahead and move over to the left and find it there.
And then once they're both activated,
Just imagine a taproot coming out of the bottom of each foot and just going down,
Deeply down into Mother Earth.
Letting it meander down or whether it wants to go straight down.
Just remember to keep breathing.
Inhale and exhale.
And eventually the roots will anchor in to their very specific,
Unique spot made just for you.
And you don't have to know where it is.
They know how to find it on their own.
Once there,
Just invite your body to release anything it's holding on to.
You might feel a flow moving down your body almost like a melting,
Working its way down your legs.
And letting it drain out the soles of your feet.
And all you have to do is breathe and feel your body.
And as you're draining,
You can actually maybe feel it draining out the palms of your hands and your fingertips.
It could be draining out your head.
It could be draining anywhere,
Really,
Out your body.
Just allow any stress,
Tension,
Old,
Heavy emotions to just release.
And as your body's releasing,
We're just going to invite Mother Earth's energy to come up through the soles of our feet.
And slowly move up our body,
Up our legs,
However it wants to move.
You're not forcing it or controlling it.
You're just allowing it to come up.
And it'll work its way up through your thighs and eventually up through your pelvis and your abdomen,
Your chest and torso,
Wherever it feels good.
All the way up to your shoulders.
Simultaneously down your arms and up over your head.
Out the top of your head and flow back down around you.
As you invite the universe's energy to come down through the top of your head,
Your crown,
Slowly down your body,
Down your arms,
Simultaneously down your chest,
Your abdomen,
Through your pelvis,
Gently down your legs.
And out the soles of your feet and circle up back around you,
Fountain up back around.
So now your body's draining any heavy energies.
You're bringing Mother Earth's energy up through you and the universe's energy down through you and swirling around in you.
And all you have to do is breathe and relax into this.
And stay here for as long as it feels good.
As long as you have time.
Just breathe and feel.
You can even pause this if you want to stay here longer.
I'm just going to be quiet and let you feel these beautiful lifting energies coming up through you and around you.
Bringing you strength and stability,
Peace and calm,
Love and joy,
Healing and harmonizing.
Just keep breathing and feeling.
And now when you want to come out,
You slowly start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
You can move your neck from side to side or rotate your shoulders or twist your body.
Greet your day with joy.
Greet the world with joy.
And take a nice breath and smile.
