
Grounding Meditation For Cleansing And Clearing
This grounding meditation will help you cleanse and clear away any heavy energies and stuck feelings and emotions. The meditation will guide you into reconnecting with yourself. It will also introduce you to connecting with the vital energies of Mother Earth.

Hello,
I'm going to guide you through a clearing cleansing meditation.
So just sit comfortably in a chair where your feet can be flat on the floor.
And if you'd like to be outside,
You're welcome to do that.
Put your feet flat on Mother Earth,
But it's not necessary to be outside.
And all I want you to do is just start taking a few breaths,
However they feel good for you.
And on the inhalation,
I just want you to feel your body expand,
Your chest,
Your ribs,
Maybe your stomach.
And on the exhalation,
Just feel your body relax.
We're just going to take a few moments to settle into the space.
So if you haven't closed your eyes or softened your gaze,
I invite you to do that.
And just feel your body in the chair.
And feel your feet flat on the floor or ground.
And as you settle into your breath,
Just allow any thoughts to go through your mind.
Witness them without judgment.
Just allow them to release through.
And as you settle deeper into your breathing,
Just remember to feel the expansion on the inhalation.
As your breath deepens and slows,
You might feel expansion in other parts of your body,
Not just your chest and your abdomen.
You may feel it in your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Wherever.
And all you're doing is witnessing and noticing what's happening in your body.
And on the exhalation,
Just enjoy that relaxation,
That release.
Now gently bring your attention to your root chakra,
So down to your pelvis.
And just as you bring your awareness there,
You're just going to send some energy down from your root chakra down your legs.
They go through your thighs,
Allow them to release and relax a little bit more.
As the energy goes down your calves,
Allow them to relax and release a little bit more.
And get to your feet.
You actually feel the soles of your feet activate the chakras there.
They might tingle,
They might be warm,
You might just notice them.
And just allow that energy to go down out through the soles of your feet into Mother Earth.
Now you may imagine that you actually have roots going out the soles of your feet into Mother Earth or you might just feel it as a flow.
Either way,
It's fine.
Just allow those roots or the flow to meander through the Earth.
They're going to find their way,
Gently at their own pace,
To the crystalline core of Mother Earth.
We're just going to allow time for that to happen.
There's no rush.
You don't have to guide it.
That flow,
That root system knows exactly where to go,
Exactly where to anchor in its own unique spot,
Designated for you in the crystalline core,
The heart of Mother Earth.
You may get a visualization of that spot,
Or you may just feel it,
Or the roots,
The flow just may know where to go.
When they find it,
Allow them to anchor in,
Just attach to that crystalline core.
Once you're attached,
Just remember to keep breathing and feel the inhalation and the expansion,
The exhalation and the release.
Now just allow any heavy or dark energy,
Anything that's in your conscious mind or in your body to just start to release through this flow that you've established with the core of Mother Earth.
Allow it all to drain down your body,
Down your legs,
Out the soles of your feet,
Flowing down to the heart of Mother Earth to nourish her,
To allow her to transform all the heavy,
Dark energy that you've been carrying around.
It may not even be yours.
You may have picked it up from someone else.
It could be as recent as today.
It could be stuff you've been holding on for days,
Weeks,
Months,
Years,
This whole lifetime,
Possibly previous lifetimes.
All you're doing is breathing and allowing this flow you've established with Mother Earth to just take all this heavy,
Dark energy,
All these thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions that may not even belong to you.
Allow them to release and nourish the crystalline core of Mother Earth.
You don't have to do anything.
Just breathe.
You may feel the flow going down your legs,
Almost like water through a fire hose.
You may feel it leaving the palms of your hands,
Other parts of your body.
It's all perfectly okay.
You may not feel anything but a sinking into your chair,
A deeper connection with your feet on the ground.
Whatever you're feeling is perfect.
Your only job is to continue to breathe.
You've established this connection with Mother Earth.
You're just allowing all this dark,
Heavy energy to drain,
To cleanse and to clear.
And all you need to do is breathe.
And as you continue to release,
To drain,
To cleanse and clear,
Just invite Mother Earth's pristine,
Beautiful,
Clean,
Coherent energy to travel up from the core,
Up through the soles of your feet as you continue to drain.
Invite it into your feet,
Gently up your calves,
Into your thighs,
Into your pelvic region,
And up your torso,
Activating all your chakras,
The root,
Your second and third chakras.
Slowly up your chest,
Activate your heart chakra,
Up your shoulders,
Simultaneously down your arms,
And at the palms of your hands and your fingertips.
All while continuing to travel up your neck,
To activate your throat chakra,
Into your jaw,
Up your face,
Back of your head,
Over your ears,
Your temples,
Into your forehead to activate your third eye,
And up to the top of your head.
Now at your crown,
It flows out like a fountain.
Circles back around you like a fountain,
360 degrees around your being.
You may feel the flow,
You may get a sense of the color,
Or you may just feel lighter,
Warmer,
Tingly,
Relaxed.
Whatever you're feeling is perfect.
And as this beautiful,
Clean,
Coherent energy comes up through your being from the core of Mother Earth,
Universal energy,
God's source,
The celestial beings,
The light beings,
Energy comes down from the heavens,
Through the sun,
And as a single being comes down from the sun through your crown chakra,
And starts to fill your being from the head down,
Coming down over your head and your face,
Down your jaw to your throat,
Down your neck to your shoulders,
And simultaneously down your arms and out the palms of your hands and your fingertips,
While continuing down your torso,
Down your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your pelvis,
Down your legs,
And out the soles of your feet.
And this beautiful universal energy fountains back up around you,
Flowing up and around 360 degrees.
Now you're in a sphere of this beautiful source universe energy and Mother Earth energy going through you,
Swirling around you.
As you continue to cleanse and clear,
You're being vitalized,
Energized by this beautiful energy coming up through you,
Around you.
And you just melt into this.
You don't have to guide it or direct it.
Energy knows exactly where to go to heal and to nourish,
To help cleanse and clear.
And all you have to do is breathe,
Relax into it.
You may start to feel an expansion.
And although you're rooted strongly anchored to Mother Earth,
To the crystalline core,
You're also expanding out into the solar system,
Out into the galaxy,
Into adjacent galaxies,
And out to the far reaches of the universe,
All firmly connected and anchored to Mother Earth.
You may actually feel an extension or an elongation.
Allow the energy to do its work without you having to reach or guide or direct.
Just feel the connection to Mother Earth,
The expansion throughout the universe and the celestial beings.
And breathe.
I'm just going to be quiet for a few moments and allow you to enjoy this beautiful energy.
It's energizing you,
Connecting you to Earth,
Outer reaches of the universe.
You can stay here for as long as you'd like.
So if you'd like now,
You can pause the meditation and stay in this for as long as it feels good.
And as you're ready to complete the meditation,
We're just going to slowly and gently begin to shift our focus down through the planes.
We're not leaving those outer planes,
We're just shifting our energy focus slowly and gently down into the denser energy fields.
Gradually,
Gently,
Back into our own energy field.
Back into the denser energy of our being.
All while still being connected to those outer planes.
Coming back into your being transformed with a new consciousness.
A new being from when the meditation started.
Just going to slowly and gently start to feel your body.
Feel your hands,
Your fingers,
Your arms.
Start to gently wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Move your body however feels good.
Rotate your shoulders.
Move your spine a nice gentle twist if it feels good.
Stretch your arms over your head if it feels okay.
Slowly open your eyes.
And come back into this space.
Knowing that you come back to a new consciousness.
A new being than you were when this meditation started.
Take a few deep breaths.
And smile.
