This is a space for you to pause,

Reconnect and return to your natural rhythm.

For the next few minutes,

There's nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing you need to do except be here with yourself.

Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down.

Let your hands rest softly,

Palms open.

If it feels right,

Close your eyes or simply lower your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in ease and let go of any tension as you breathe out.

Feel your jaw soften and your shoulders drop,

Your body beginning to settle,

Supported by the ground beneath you.

You are safe here.

You are supported.

Let the day fade into the background.

Let go of any stories,

Tasks or thoughts.
