A gentle 20-minute Yoga Nidra practice inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the felt sense of gratitude. In this meditation, you’ll be guided to recall a moment, person, place, or experience that evokes gratitude. From there, you’ll explore gratitude not only as a thought or feeling, but as a physical and embodied experience. You’ll be invited to imagine the color of gratitude and gently sense that color flowing through your body, allowing its qualities to be felt throughout your whole being. There is nothing you need to achieve or create. Simply listen, rest, and allow your own experience of gratitude to unfold. This practice is suitable for everyone and can be used whenever you’d like to pause, reconnect with what feels meaningful, and cultivate a sense of appreciation from within. This meditation was inspired by my training in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis. Music: “Fireflies” by Ambient Boy Licensed music from Uppbeat
