Take a gentle pause from your day and return to the steady rhythm of your breath. In this meditation, you’ll be guided to soften, settle the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and ease. Using the breath as an anchor, we’ll gently notice what is present without needing to change or fix anything. This practice is suitable whenever you feel scattered, overwhelmed, restless, or simply in need of a moment to come back to yourself. Allow yourself to slow down, breathe, and begin again—one breath at a time. Suitable for all experience levels, this practice offers a grounding space to cultivate relaxation, presence, and a deeper connection with yourself. This meditation was inspired by my training in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis and my meditation practice in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition.. Music from Uppbeat: tranquilium/phase
