And we need to be tuned up before we play.
The beautiful music.
Of our day.
By tuning ourselves daily.
Cultivate a life filled with flow.
Fun,
And freedom.
I'm going to teach you a simple process you can make your own.
And practice every morning.
Or anytime.
Want to tune up your energy.
This is a gift you give yourself.
It's time to.

Step into feeling.
As good as you possibly can.
So you can give to the world from this beautiful place.
So perhaps say a simple and gentle thank you.
To yourself.
So I invite you to arrive.
Settle in,
Find a comfortable seated position.
Or you can be lying down if you desire.
Gently closing your eyes.
Bringing your awareness inward.
Just arrive into this moment.
And allow whatever fidgets need to occur.
Gently noticing them subsiding.
As you settle in.
I'm just taking in a deep breath through your nose for a count of four,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Holding it for a moment.
And exhaling slowly through your mouth for a count of 8 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Eight,
Letting go of the day,
Letting go of your mind.
Letting it all go.
Repeating this breathing pattern a few times,
Allowing yourself to settle into this beautiful present moment.
Breathing in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Holding the gold.
And release 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 A couple more times.
On your own.
Is releasing any tension.
Allowing empty space to preside.
Allowing yourself to completely.

.
This is all.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head.
Slowly begin to scan down through your body.
With your light of awareness,
Noticing any change.
Areas of tension or tightness.
Just releasing those as you go.
Beginning of the day.
Crown of your head.
Down to your ears,
Your forehead.
The back of your neck,
Cascading your awareness.
Down to your shoulder blades.
Down your arms.
The awareness cascades down through your fingertips.
And through the rest of your torso,
Down into your sits bones.
Your perineum,
Your thighs,
Your calves.
Cascading down through your shins and into your feet.
Just beginning to feel your entire body is glowing.
Frictionless space of being.
If you desire,
You can scan more than once.
You just completely dissolve.
Remaining.
Spots of tension.
Letting it all go through.
Feeling it exit through your toes.
Just letting go.
You are now a relaxed,
Still,
Empty vessel.
In this relaxed state,
I invite you to bring to mind something or someone that you deeply appreciate.
Could be a beloved pet,
A cherished friend.
A favorite place.
Or even a simple pleasure like the warmth of the sun.
Allow yourself to bask in the joy and gratitude.
This person,
Place,
Or thing naturally brings you.
Just feel the warmth radiate through your being.
Noticing where this feeling resides most in your body.
Perhaps in your heart or your belly.
And release.
Allowing this.
Somatic sensations.
Of appreciation.
To abide.
Really staying with this feeling,
Allowing it to expand and deepen.
Savoring your appreciation.
Immersing yourself in the feeling of it.
And if something happens to distract you,
That's no problem.
Just letting it pass by.
And returning to this appreciation.
See if you can notice the distinction between the thought of appreciation and the actual felt sense in your body.
As you allow this feeling to expand.
See if other things come to appreciate now.
Allow a stream to begin even if it's just a trickle of images,
Feelings.
Sensations of.
Appreciation.
Just a warmth that is beginning to expand or a subtle flow of energy.
If you have visuals come,
That's fine.
But visuals are not required.
It's the feeling that matters.
To staying lightly.
Effortlessly with this enjoyment.
We are practicing the skill.
Of basking in feelings.
And positive appreciation.
In the felt sense.
Of goodness.
Training our ability to focus.
And amplify.
The concentration of this energy.
While staying completely relaxed and at ease.
In every way.
Over time you will become a master of this skill.
And it will change your life.
But for now.

Just see if you can stay with that feeling of appreciation a little longer.
Feels like it's still a bit faint or distant,
That's fine.
You can't mess this up.
There's no right or wrong,
Just.

Continuing to tune into this energy of appreciation.

This love,
This place to go,
This memory.
This gift.
It's so good.
It's so awesome.

And now I'm going to expand that juicy feeling of appreciation outward.
I invite you to imagine some aspect of your life.
Beginning to go.
Really well.
Perhaps this is an area of desire for you.
Something you would love to create in your life.
Something you'd love to experience.
Something that,
If you were experiencing now,
You know you'd feel deep flow,
Fun.
Positive energy.
Excitement,
Enthusiasm.
I invite you now to imagine being in the flow with this thing.
A sense of flow and fun beginning to bubble up in you around this.
It's happening.
It's real.
It's here.
Sense this happening now in all ways,
But especially in your inner felt sense,
Heart awareness.
See if you can.
Stay connected to that feeling in your body.
Allowing that warmth to just abide there.
It's the feeling we are expanding.
Just visualize it lightly if that comes naturally to you.
Focusing on the.

Felt-sense feeling of this.
Happening now.
And if some part of you has a question.

In a particular way,
Thinks this might happen.
Just release that.
That matters now.
I'm just tuning your energy into life's big flow.
Feeling of relief.
Or excitement.
Or enthusiasm.
Or peace or expansion.
Fun.
Freedom.
Flow.
Generosity.
And maybe you do want to play a little bit more with this.
Perhaps try bringing a scene to mind.
That represents you in this big flow.
How amazing is it to feel that?
And see if you can just continue to abide in this feeling,
Expanding it,
Amplifying it.
Not by effort,
But.

By yielding.
Allowing it to just completely take you over.
An enjoyable submission.
To life's big flow.
How pleasurable that is,
How juicy.
Allowing that juiciness to completely overtake you now.
Who knew it could be this good?
Who knew it could be this easy?
This flowing.
Is free.
Who knew it could be this simple?
With this phone.
Practice the presence of God within you.
Remembering that this feeling is who you really are.
And now see if you can intensify this fun flow even more than you already have.
Gently focusing directly on it in your body.
Expanding it.
You may notice it comes in waves.
That's perfectly fine.
You may notice that little scenes help you surf these waves.
Or maybe it's more like a stream you just step into.
But either way,
It's a warm feeling.
Of arrival.
So just bask in that for a while as you continue to play with.
Juicing up that feeling a little bit more.
Really coming home to this energy,
This vibe.
Knowing that whatever you desire.
You can give it to yourself.
In this way.
You can tune yourself to this flow anytime you desire.
As we near the end of this meditation.
Know that you can return to this place whenever you choose.
The more you practice this skill,
The easier it will get for you.
And you'll be able to tune in.
Without even needing a formal meditation.

Stay in this feeling here for as long as you want,
Even after.
