Sit with a tall spine and allow your eyes to gently close.
Allow your shoulders to relax back and down.
Tip your chin slightly downward and feel a lengthening in the back of the neck.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Notice the distance between your eyes.
Let your hands rest in your lap or on the knees and on each hand allow the thumb and index finger to touch one another forming a circle.
Feel the energy in your finger and thumb as it moves around that circle returning again and again to itself.
The finger and the thumb are different yet they are of the same body,
The same hand and their energy is always shared.
As fingers are to the hand,
So are people to a society,
To a culture,
To a planet and their energy is always shared.
We are as cells in a single body.
We are here to heal each other.
We are here to love.
We are not separate and can never be even though Maya,
Illusion may convince us to believe differently.
Maya is not truth.
Love is truth.
Let your attention move into Anahata,
The heart chakra.
Feel the heat and the light and the fierce intensity there.
Know that the same power that fuels the fiery heart of the sun also fuels your own heart.
Know that it also fuels those of your fellow humans and that they are and have always been connected.
Feel the power of that connection now.
Know that it is at its source pure love.
Feel the source of love as it powers your own heart.
You may even perceive it as a golden cord of connection.
Visualize a jet of fire that seeks out and connects with the fiery heart of every other person in your family,
In your town,
In your country,
On this continent,
And on the entire planet.
We are here to heal each other.
Notice how it pulses as one heart with the unified heartbeat of divine love.
Even though Maya,
Illusion may blind us.
Maya is not truth.
Fear this in your own heart.
I am here because I witness suffering in my fellows and because from that suffering such actions may arise that do not serve us and because I have felt the echoes of these things in myself.
We are not separate.
I may be here because I perceive my brother as an opponent and know that such perceptions can only arise from an error that allows either of us to lose sight of the other's divinity and that the truth is that we are one.
I am here because I know that both the suffering and the misperception are teachings and I wish to learn.
I now see that I have both suffered and have been cause of suffering and that my suffering can never be different from nor healed apart from that of my brothers.
I see that I too have acted in error and that my own blindness too must be healed on behalf of us all.
We are not separate from count.
I see where I too have reinforced the illusions of separation,
Of competition,
Of judgment,
Of condemnation,
And I wish to heal those things in myself on behalf of my fellows.
On behalf of all,
I now gather those errors,
My own and those of my brothers and sisters and place them in the glowing fire of my own heart.
And now I fuel that fire with love and let it rage white hot as it incinerates all error,
All misperception,
All judgment,
All recrimination,
All arrogance,
All egoic self-regard,
All thought of attack,
Of war,
Of punishment,
Or of vindication.
And I watch it pulse with the purity of holy fire.
I see that this heart contains a love so vast that it can only consume all it is given and replace it with pure peace.
Pure being and this I choose.
As I choose this love for myself,
I am healed.
And as I choose this love for myself,
I choose it too for my brothers and they are healed.
May we heal together.
May we be one.
May the ashes of our errors dissolve into nothing.
We are here to wait.
Now begin to allow that fire in your heart to subside gently,
Calmly,
And allow it to begin to fade and flow warmly in your heart as an ember.
Intend this for the hearts of your fellows as well.
Know that whenever strong reactions or defensiveness arise,
You can always,
Always inflame the love of that glowing coal to burn up anything in your heart.
Anything that does not serve,
Offer it there for healing and love will transmute it.
We are here to heal each other.
We are here to wait.
We are not separate.
Even though my illusion may blind us,
Maya is not true.

Rest here in truth and in love for as long as you like.
