This is the third in my series of Hildegard pieces. Hildegard von Bingen (1098 – 1179) was a German Benedictine abbess, writer, composer, philosopher, Christian mystic, visionary, and polymath. In other words, an amazing woman! Her music is profoundly spiritual and mystical. It is perfect for contemplation. Much of her music was made for the Shakuhachi. Breathe with me.
