This track is an hour of meditative music, performed by Shakuhachi Grand Master Riley Lee. It is made for sleeping. No artificial sounds. Simple solo shakuhachi sounds are generated by the breath of a human blowing into a stalk of bamboo. It can be listened to in part or as a whole, a perfect, one-hour 'insight timer'. The track is also made to be looped, that is, you can listen to this for hours and hours. While it's made for sleeping, we've found it also can help create an atmosphere conducive to study, work, or creativity. It helps to relax, accept, and be grateful.
