This Gratitude meditation is a type of meditation which, as the name suggests, focuses on gratitude. In this meditation, all you have to do is just “reflect on all the people and things you are grateful for.” Feelings of gratitude come with all sorts of benefits: Decreased levels of depression; A sense of peace; More energy, and Mental clarity.
