Greetings,

Greetings,

Welcome to this evening's letting go of the day meditation.

Throughout our day,

We run into many energies,

Many people,

Many interactions,

Many stresses,

Many happy times,

Many sad times,

Many emotions flow all throughout the day.

It's important to release those days.

And that's what we're going to do in this evening releasing of the day meditation.

First,

I want you to begin by finding a comfortable place where you can have a moment to yourself.

You deserve it.

A place where no distractions will be around because we're about to go deep and release the day.

First,

Begin by getting into a comfortable position that fits best for you.

Either lying down or sitting up,

Whichever one works for you.

As we take this position,

We want to do a quick body scan.

Feel your body,

Stretch your neck,

You're feeling the tension,

Stretch your arms,

The legs,

Your feet,

Your hands.

Get in tune with what your body is trying to tell you.

As we let go of the tension,

We are already at one part of letting go of the day.

As we feel our bodies,

We will now focus on our breath.

Feel how you're breathing at this very moment.

Feel your chest as you breathe out.

Breath is life.

Focus on it.

Anytime throughout this meditation,

Your mind begins to wonder.

You can go back to your life force,

Your breath.

We'll count your breaths so we can get into a deeper relaxation as we release the day.

Start by breathing in slowly,

Two,

Two,

One,

Release,

Three,

Two.

Then slowly,

Three,

Two,

Hold it,

Three,

Two,

Release,

Two,

One.

Continue to breathe in slowly,

Release.

As we release our breathing,

See it as you getting rid of old energy and bringing in slowly,

Exhale slowly.

Let's first begin by seeing the day that you have.

See the interactions.

See the different people throughout your day.

See the new things that you learn.

See the moments of stress as you picture these different interactions throughout the day.

Let's show gratitude that we got through another day.

All the experiences,

The learning experiences,

Good,

Bad,

But we shall focus the bad parts of the day that may have stressed you out,

That may have made you angry or sad or a mix of emotions.

We shall switch the scenarios and see the scenario that we wanted it to be.

We learn the lessons to get better.

Continue to focus on your breath and see your day.

Breathe in slowly,

Exhale slowly,

In slowly,

Exhale slowly.

Now let's release the stress,

Release.

Let's release the frustration,

Release.

Let's release the strain and tension,

Release.

Let's release our own stagnant energy.

Let's release the energy of others.

Now let's set an intention,

Night rest,

Prosperous,

Productive tomorrow.

Let's set the intention for the future.

Let's put protection on our days ahead.

Take a moment in this energy.

Beautiful day.

Now let's come back to this moment,

The now.

Feel your body,

Feel your surroundings,

Hear what's around you at this moment.

And walk in this energy throughout the night and in the morning.

And so it is.

Breathe.
