Aura Awareness: Healing Trauma

Rape has the most devastating impact on your life, especially if it is left unchecked and unhealed. It can destroy your self-worth, self-confidence, and basically every aspect of living a normal life. It is also important to remember that both men and women can suffer from this and therefore we all need to know how to heal ourselves from such a traumatic experience. This is one of many guided mediations I am sharing to assist you with feeling safe and protected, so you start to empower yourself.

Good morning beautiful souls.

Here we are again today together to share,

To be open,

To heal.

This is for anyone out there,

Man or woman,

Who's been raped and needs to go within to confront the energy and do the inner healing so that you can get your life back on track,

You can feel protected and safe and loved once again.

So we're going to be using the ancient code,

I am that,

I am,

And we'll be using it with divine love to say I am divine love,

I am.

And remember to tap on your heart chakra as you say it and breathe in and breathe out to evoke special powers within your sacred body temple.

So you say,

I am love,

I am,

I am divine love,

I am healing and safe,

I am.

That's how we use the code.

So I would like you to close your eyes,

Place your left hand on your heart chakra and your right hand on your solar plexus.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself walking into a beautiful garden.

You can smell the roses,

You can smell the flowers,

You can feel the sun on your face.

You can feel the wind against your skin.

You notice how soft your skin is.

You notice the fresh grass under your feet.

As you walk forward into the forest,

You go deeper and deeper into the darkness of this forest.

At the same time,

You become aware that you are naked.

And although you are naked,

You feel completely protected and safe.

There is a guiding force within you and around you.

And this guiding force is showing you the way.

So you trust in this guiding force.

As you go deeper into the forest,

You notice the different sounds of the birds and the animals.

You can hear the water from a lake or a fountain or a waterfall in the background.

You feel nature embracing you.

You feel a divine love that you have never felt before.

You feel safe and protected.

And as you feel this,

You see a door open in front of you.

A magic door with no walls.

Just a door in the middle of the forest.

And as you lean forward to open the door,

It opens for you.

And this bright,

Shining light radiates through.

You feel the energy of Divine Mother calling you to come closer.

You sense an overwhelming amount of love radiating through this doorway.

Stepping forward,

You walk through the door.

And on the other side,

You find yourself in a pool of water.

But the water is shimmering in gold and silver.

And you just naturally float in it.

This is the pureness,

The pure energy of divine love.

You notice that you are inside a bubble.

And this energy is healing your cells.

It's healing your emotions.

It's healing your body.

It's healing everything in you.

You have this amazing sense of Divine Mother nurturing you,

Loving you,

Caring for you,

Protecting you.

And so you float in this energy and you surrender.

You allow yourself to be fully present in the moment and you allow the healing to begin.

And you say unto yourself,

I am love.

I am.

I am divine love.

I am.

I am healing.

I am.

I am protected.

I am.

I am safe.

I am.

Now quietly repeat these words unto yourself over the next few minutes as you just feel yourself floating in the energy of pure love.

And as you feel this healing power from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head,

Healing every part of your body,

Healing the wounds and the scars and the emotional damage caused unto you,

You are inner power.

You are inner strength.

Your borders are stronger than ever.

Your boundaries repel all negative toxic energy.

Now you rise up out of this pool with your feet firmly on the ground.

You feel Divine Mother supporting you.

You feel Divine Mother loving you.

And as you walk forward,

As you step forward step by step out of this pool,

So the energy moves into your body.

And as you walk out the door,

You are shining.

You are shining bright.

You are radiating the energy of pure love.

And you go into your life knowing that you can always return to this place to carry on the inner healing work whenever needed.

This is where you come to be fully healed,

Fully empowered so that you can go out into your life and you can shine and you can radiate from a place of pure divine love.

Knowing that you are protected,

That you are safe and you are guided and that you have incredible intuition which is your navigation through your life.

So I want you to slowly open your eyes once again.

And in opening your eyes and seeing the world around you,

I want you to remember who you are in this heavenly reality.

I want you to remember your inner power in this heavenly space.

And I want you to love yourself as much as I love you.

And remember that every single day.
