Explore MeditationRheanna is a yoga and mindfulness instructor. Like most people, she found yoga during a turbulent time in her life, and learned that movement and meditation can support healing. After becoming sober in 2025, she felt there can never be too many spaces for sober people to connect, and uses yoga and meditation as a tool for herself and others on their journey toward or to maintain sobriety. Rheanna lives in British Columbia, Canada, with her small family. She has a passion for creating classes for people living with Parkinson’s disease, a disease which her father lives with. She is currently completing a certificate in mental health.
