Welcome.

I'll be your guide today.

But remember,

You're the hero in this story.

In the next few minutes,

You'll take a journey into the quiet space beyond logic.

Into memory,

Energy,

And story.

This is a past-life regression.

Not to escape your present,

But to illuminate it.

You may be facing a decision in your life right now.

Big or small.

Clear or foggy.

For now,

Just hold it lightly.

You don't need to solve it here.

We're not here for every answer.

We're here for one insight.

A glimmer of clarity that just might change everything.

Let's begin.

Find a position that feels easy.

Supported.

Seated or lying down.

Close your eyes gently.

Let the world soften.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Feel the weight of your body being held by the chair,

The floor,

The earth beneath you.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Nothing else you need to do.

Let's soften three powerful centers of your body.

Your mind.

Allow thoughts to float by like clouds.

Your heart.

Let it rest without needing to protect.

And your gut.

That deep,

Silent knowing.

Let it feel safe.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase.

Ten gentle steps leading downward.

Not to darkness,

But to depth.

To memory.

To meaning.

With each step you become more relaxed.

More open.

Step 10.

Step 9.

Step 8.

Your mind grows quiet.

Step 7.

Your heart softens.

Step 6.

Your gut says,

We're ready.

Step 5.

Step 4.

Step 3.

Deeper still.

Step 2.

Step 1.

You arrive at a door.

There's no rush.

It opens when you're ready.

On the other side is something only your subconscious knows how to find.

You don't need to force anything.

Just allow.

The door opens.

You step through.

There's a shift in the air.

A different quality of light.

A feeling in your chest.

Where are you?

Notice what's under your feet.

Stone?

Sand?

Grass?

Are you wearing shoes?

Are you barefoot?

Look at your hands.

Are they old?

Young?

Rough or smooth?

What are you wearing?

What's the fabric like?

The color?

Does it feel heavy?

Light?

Warm?

What's the temperature in the air?

Is there a smell?

Are you inside a building or outside?

Let whatever comes.

Come.

Don't try to control the movie.

Just watch it.

You're safe.

Now,

In this life you've entered,

There's a choice ahead.

A fork in the road.

A moment where everything could shift.

What is the situation?

What are the options?

What are the stakes?

Who's with you?

What are they saying?

What's not being said?

Take your time.

Let your mind show you the moment.

Let your heart feel it.

Let your gut respond.

What decision did you make?

And what happened because of it?

What changed?

What stayed the same?

Now,

Gently rewind the scene.

Just before the choice.

Pause there.

Ask your past-life self.

What do you wish you knew then?

What would you tell me now?

Listen.

The message may be words or feelings or just knowing.

Whatever form it takes,

Let it land.

Trust that what you're receiving is exactly what you need right now.

The life begins to fade.

Like morning mist.

But the message stays.

You've gone backward to move forward.

You've remembered something you didn't know you knew.

And here's the thing.

You don't need a hundred answers.

You don't need it to be perfect.

Even the worst book ever starts with a single word.

Even one insight is enough.

You are a mathemagician.

Part logic,

Part magic.

You've tuned into your mind,

Your heart,

Your gut,

And let them speak.

And now,

With a little more clarity,

A touch of courage,

And a spark of confidence,

You can take the next step.

Let's return.

Feel the body again.

The weight.

The breath.

The quiet.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You may want to write down what you saw or what you felt or just a word.

Even one word is enough.

Because now,

When it's time to decide,

You already know the way.
