Hi,

I'm Bradley Charbonneau.

Welcome to this guided past-life regression for creative courage.

If you've been feeling blocked,

Hesitant,

Or stuck,

This journey is for you.

Together,

We'll visit a past life where your creativity either soared or was suppressed.

Why?

So you can bring back the courage,

Confidence,

And clarity to finish that book,

Start that painting,

Or launch that project you've been dreaming of.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

And let it go.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let the outside world fade away.

You're safe,

You're supported,

And you're about to meet a version of yourself who has something important to show you.

With each breath,

Imagine yourself floating a little further from your current day,

Away from deadlines,

Doubts,

And distractions.

Drift into a space that's quiet and curious.

With each breath,

You feel yourself relaxing even more.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Imagine a beautiful staircase in front of you.

There are ten steps leading downward.

At the bottom of those steps is a door,

The entrance to a memory,

A story,

A past life where your creativity played a powerful role.

Each step you take brings you deeper into relaxation and closer to the creative self you've always been.

I'll count you down now.

With each number,

Feel yourself going deeper.

Ten.

Taking the first step down,

Already feeling more at ease.

Nine.

A gentle calm spreads through your body.

Eight.

Deeper still,

Like slipping into a warm bath.

Seven.

With every step,

Your mind quiets.

Six.

Your body relaxes completely.

Five.

Halfway there,

And it feels so natural.

Four.

Curious now,

Open to what's awaiting.

Three.

Any tension dissolves,

Replaced by calm.

Two.

Almost at the door now.

One.

Deeply relaxed,

Ready to remember.

And now you're standing in front of the door.

It's old,

Ornate,

And inviting.

On the door is a word,

Creativity.

This door leads to a past life where your creativity played a central role.

You're going to walk through that door and whatever you find on the other side is just right for you.

Today,

Right now.

Let's walk through.

As you step through the door,

A soft light surrounds you.

It's warm,

Familiar.

You're traveling now,

Back through time,

Beyond memory,

Beyond story,

Beyond this lifetime.

Let the light settle,

And as it clears,

You find yourself somewhere else.

Notice what you're wearing.

What's on your feet?

Are you inside or outside?

What do you see around you?

Now look down at your hands.

How old do you feel?

Are you alone,

Or is someone with you?

You begin to notice something.

In this life,

You were deeply connected to creativity.

It might have been art,

Music,

Storytelling,

Dance,

Or maybe your creativity was more subtle.

Innovative thinking,

Problem-solving,

Intuition.

What were you creating?

Now ask,

Were you celebrated for your creativity,

Or were you feared?

Did others support you,

Or did they try to stop you?

Let the story unfold.

There's no rush.

You're simply observing.

Watch this version of yourself.

Let them show you what creative courage looked like in their world.

Now fast forward to a moment of impact,

A turning point in that life.

Something big happened,

A breakthrough,

Or maybe a betrayal.

You'll know what it is.

Stay there for a moment.

Feel what they felt,

And now ask them this,

What do you want me to remember?

Listen for the answer.

It might come as a word,

A symbol,

A feeling,

Or an image.

Whatever it is,

It's yours.

It's a message from your past self to your present self.

Let it land.

Now say thank you.

They've done their part,

And now it's time to return.

The light returns gently.

You're back in the doorway now,

But you're not the same person who walked through.

You're carrying something,

A gift,

A spark,

A seed of courage.

Bring your attention to your chest.

Place your hands there if you like.

Feel that courage,

That creativity pulse.

It's always been there.

Say to yourself,

I remember who I am.

I remember why I create.

I am ready.

Begin to return to your body.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Bring awareness back to the room.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Welcome back.

You've just reconnected with a version of yourself who never forgot how powerful your creativity really is.

Now the question is,

What will you do with it?

Thank you for listening.
