Working in a high-stress, high-pressure career, I had to find effective ways to create balance in my life & transmute my stress. I starting teaching Yoga in 2008 & became a Certified Wellness Coach in '14. My Master’s Thesis was on Meditation & I started teaching meditation to my clients where I saw firsthand the positive effects in their lives & my own. Then, at a difficult time in my life, I discovered the power of sound healing. It changed my life & now it's my passion to help others.
