Welcome,
Dear one.
As you settle in,
A note on language.
I will use the words God and Creator throughout this guided blessing,
But please use whatever word resonates for you.
Source,
Great Mother,
Great Spirit,
Animate everything,
Whatever it be,
And direct this prayer to them.
Turning your attention to your body.
And allowing yourself to become 1% more comfortable.
Through a shift.
And then feeling into our connection with the earth.
Through your body.
Whether that's pushing down on your feet and sensing those roots from the base of your spine and underneath your feet.
Or if you're lying down.
Sensing into the contact of your backside.
And envisioning roots going down.
Deep,
Deep down.
And wide.
Anchoring into the earth.
And inviting that grounded earth energy.
Up through these roots.
Into your body.
Where gently,
Gradually.

It flows effortlessly,
Filling you and will continue supporting you throughout this prayer.
Noticing what it feels like.
To have this earth energy within us.
Now that we're rooted.
You invite in Creator's light from above.
May it refresh our spirits.
Our energy bodies.
Our emotional bodies.
Our mental bodies.
And our physical bodies.
Dear God,
Connected with you.
May I remember the power behind my inherent,
Divine,
Creative capacity.
As a miraculous human being?
Help me remember I can create intentions.
Energy.
Ideas.
Thoughts?
Unseen forces in the material realm that alter everything.
Please strengthen in my roots the full body knowing of this power.
Strengthen my power to co-create a blessing.
Wishing well for the beings and life around me.
For loved ones.
For people far away.
For those I will never meet.
Whether in a grocery store or a forest path.
Please strengthen my power to co-create a prayer.
Spoken in the moment with intention,
Or simply thought and felt while connected with you.
Whether lying in bed,
Or in a crunchy,
Overwhelmed moment.
May I remember my ability to create prayer in any moment.
Please strengthen my power to co-create a song.
While I'm washing the dishes at the sink.
The stillness and spaciousness allowing for spontaneous words to leave my mouth.
Unwitnessed.
Unrecorded.
And may I know I am changed through the act of bringing these vibrations and expressions through this sacred body.
Please strengthen my power to create a visual reminder of my inherent natural connection with you.
Whether it's a simple altar,
Pile of leaves,
Stack of rocks,
Flowers from outside.
A photograph,
A word written on the back of a receipt and posted on the wall.
Please strengthen my power to create a supportive,
Enlivening energy.
Through my clothing.
Wearing colors or textures that light up and soothe my soul.
Please strengthen my power to create movement with my body.
From an open arms wide receptive stance.
While connecting with the sun,
To shaking and jumping,
Which freshens my energy.
Please strengthen my power to create encouraging,
Kind words.
Whether spoken to a coworker in passing,
Written on a postcard,
Or sent to a loved one in a vocal message.
Please strengthen my power to create relationships.
Saying hello or smiling at others,
Asking questions with genuine curiosity when I'm able,
Offering a presence in which others can simply be who they are with whatever they're experiencing in the moment.
Please strengthen my power to create webs of connection.
Introducing people to one another.
Never knowing,
These tiny acts can move mountains and change lives.
Their ripples immense and often unseen.
May I remember that these co-creative abilities lie not just in me,
But in WE.
May I remember there are humans all across this realm tuning their instrument honing their attention with you.
And listening for what you're asking them to do.
To bring through in this moment.
We are here together.
With you and so much divine help across the realms.
And as I'm encouraged and jazzed up by our creative capacities.
Help me remember this is not a burden or pressure.
May I relax my awareness.
Surrender to your wider vision.
Connect with you in stillness and trust that what needs to move through my vessel will be moved through.
Whether it's a song from a tree friend,
Tears,
A simple melody hummed,
A short story written.
Nourishing berries shared with neighbors.
Or a song to share in circles.
I will know by listening.
To my body.
May I settle into this knowing.
All timing right.
Timing.
And as I surrender to your orchestration,
Help me to remember I won't miss what's meant for me.
I practice this in the tiny everyday moments.
It all matters.
Thank you for this incredible ability to co-create with you.
Thank you for the delight of creating with other humans.
Thank you for the mystery of creating with the winds,
The rocks,
The waters,
The stones,
Thank you for showing me this power,
How worlds and realms can be imagined into being.
First,
A conscious thought.
An embodied visualization,
A prayer day after day,
The willingness to not know the wider web,
The full picture.
Trusting the same force that transforms acorn to forest is moving all of us,
No matter what it feels like or how moments in my ordinary days may appear to an onlooker,
May our co-creating be filled with joy.
They are co-creating.
Be making the new earth.
May our co-creating serve the greater good of all beings.
May our co-creating serve love.
