Meditation For Inner Peace

In this meditation I guide the listener through a fantasy setting atop of a giant turtle. On its shell, a lush garden welcomes the listener, in its center there is a waterfall under which the next few minutes will be spent cleansing ourselves, letting the water inside and overflow out everything else that does not serve us anymore.

Flowing into inner peace hello and welcome to this guided meditation of flowing into inner peace for the next few minutes please take some time for yourself to honor this time that is for yourself take a deep breath in and slowly exhale let your body soften with each breath let your mind settle like the surface of a calm still lake now close your eyes and imagine yourself standing on the back of a great ancient turtle floating effortlessly across an endless sea upon its shell a lush, Vibrant garden thrives a sanctuary of peace created just for you feel the steady rhythm of the turtle's movement slow and unwavering like the heartbeat of the universe you are safe here you are supported with each step you move deeper into serenity in the center of this garden you find a magnificent waterfall its waters shimmer like liquid light cascading endlessly, Pure and clear you step closer, Drawn to its energy feeling the gentle mist kiss your skin this is a sacred place a place of cleansing and renewal a smooth ancient stone rests beneath the waterfall it is waiting for you you sit upon it allowing the cool flowing water to wash over you feel its touch gentle yet powerful melting away the weight of the world with every drop that flows over you the stress that you feel dissolves tension fades and worries simply drift away this water holds no past no future it simply is it has no agenda no ego only presence only flow as it pours over you it fills you completely overflowing with pure energy releasing anything that no longer serves you there is nothing to hold on to there is only this moment this breath this peace breathe deeply feel yourself becoming lighter clearer freer everything unnecessary has been washed away and what remains is you whole radiant slowly the waterfall's embrace softens you step away renewed your heart beating in harmony with the slow steady rhythm of the great turtle beneath you take one more deep breath and exhale begin to bring your awareness back to your body wiggle your fingers and toes feeling the present moment return and when you are ready gently open your eyes carry this peace with you like the water let everything flow you are free you are whole you are at peace
