Hello everyone! Today we connect to ground back to ourselves! Often, we are spreading our energy everywhere to everyone! That energy can be chaotic and unsettling to our nervous system. I will guide you to ground to your energy with the help of the hand pan. The energy from the hand pan might come through chaotic but it's that remembrance to come back, to allow ourselves to go deeper inward even through the parts that don't make sense. So, gift yourself ten minutes to ground, and come back to you!

Hello everyone,

I'm Bailey Rain or Bailey Rain Schramm.

Today we are doing a meditation that is completely sound led by my beautiful handpan that I have here and so I would love to invite you to get into a comfortable seated position.

You could be on a chair,

You could be on the floor,

Maybe it feels best to be laying down in a form of Shavasana,

Complete surrender.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in,

Audible exhale out.

Allow yourself to stay with your breath,

Feeling that nice deep full inhale,

Nice audible exhale of release.

And if your palms are facing up,

I'd love to invite you to actually have them either touching the ground or touching your body.

Today's intention is to come back to yourself.

We spread our energy to everyone,

All the time,

Everywhere.

And the handpans,

Very earthy vibes are going to help us to come back to ourselves.

So placing the hands wherever you feel comfortable on your body,

Go ahead and take another deep full breath into this space and let it all go.

Allow yourself to begin to drift.

With each sound you go deeper,

You know that there's nowhere you need to be.

This is your time.

Switch each beat of the handpan,

You go deeper.

Take another deep breath in,

Audible exhale out.

My voice will be here to guide you back out.

When things and sounds and people are chaotic,

You can still choose to find stillness.

You can still choose to come back to yourself.

You're always there to hold yourself.

So allow yourself to go deeper.

You take a small moment in silence.

You take in what it feels like to hear nothing.

Begin to slowly allow your breath to deepen.

Expanding the ribs,

Expanding the lungs.

The breath creates movement in your body,

Awakening you back to the space in which you reside.

Take a deep inhale,

Reaching both arms up.

Exhale,

Palms to heart center,

Resting them in front of your heart space.

You're grounded,

You're safe and you're right where you need to be.

Send yourself love and gratitude for showing up for yourself.
