Taking a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Bring your awareness down to your heart.
You can put your hands on your precious heart and feel its own rhythm sustaining this body so that we can have this experience right now.
Extend your own gratitude to your heart for its tireless service to you.
To you.
To you.
The heart believes in you.
With each breath in and out,
See,
Feel,
Image yourself bringing down a golden column of light over your body.
As you breathe in,
Feel the golden light touching the crown of your head.
Hamsa nanda.
Hamsa nanda.
Hamsa.
Feel it bathing your head in beautiful shimmering golden light.
Touching the Agni chakra between your eyebrows,
Opening your higher vision.
The white golden light softly pours over your face,
Down into your neck and shoulders.
See,
Feel,
Image the light,
Trigger the light,
The light,
The light.
Bathing your heart,
Refreshing your heart's intent with shiny shimmering light.
Like a warm shower,
The light descends into your belly,
Releasing any tension in your belly.
Breathe in deep,
Your diaphragm all the way down into your pelvis,
And then breathe out long.
Allow the light to open your eyes.
Allow the light to open your hips as it bathes your pelvis in soothing,
Shimmering golden light.
And then down your legs like a warm rainstorm,
Each drop pouring down your legs to your feet,
Saturating the earth.
See,
Feel,
Image this golden column of light transmuted through your chakras as your gift to the Goddess,
To Mother Earth.
See,
Feel,
Image Her accepting your gift of light and sending it back to you.
So it reaches your spine and begins to spiral up your spine,
Releasing the kinks,
Very gently freeing the spine to respond to the magnetic pull upwards.
With each breath in and out,
The spine releases more so that your posture lengthens and you yield to the light that is calling you.
As the light exits the crown of your head,
Meditate on your own inner freedom.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Very gently and slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
The more gentle we are exiting meditation,
The easier it is to go back in the next time we sit.
