Namaste.

Today we are going to do a lovely meditation to help you stay motivated in life and to reach your highest potential.

So let's settle into a comfortable position either lying down with hands on your side or sitting down comfortably.

Switch off your phone or put it on silent mode and make sure you are not disturbed during this meditation.

This is your time.

There is no rials to go and nothing else to do other than enjoying a state of deep relaxation.

The quality of your life depends upon your intentions.

I invite you to set an intention for your meditation practice today.

Think about what goals you want to achieve in life.

Now taking a deep breath in,

Fill yourself with positive energy and as you breathe out just allow any stale energy to release and let go.

Breathing in deep into your belly.

As you exhale allow your body to move into a state of deep relaxation.

Breathing in peace and tranquility and letting go of any worries,

Any stress in any part of your body,

Mind and soul.

If your mind wanders keep coming back to your breath.

Another deep breath in and allow yourself to sink deeper into an enjoyable state of relaxation.

In this state you are completely in control of your life.

If any last remains of worry or stress show up it is time to let go of them and to embrace this positive calm and relaxed view.

Just focus on your breath,

Feel this rhythmic sensation as the breath goes in and out of your lungs.

Welcoming a feeling of being peaceful.

Inhale slowly and as you do feel all the positive healing energy flooding in and as you breathe out imagine letting go of any tension,

Self-doubts and negativity.

Your future is bright,

You have new opportunities waiting for you.

Welcome them in.

You feel strong,

Confident and in control.

You are in charge of your life.

As you open the door to motivation and inspiration in your life your goals in life become more clear and achievable.

It's time for you to become a master of your own destiny.

Motivation comes to you easily now.

As you allow your breath to come and go with rhythmic certainty your motivation increases.

Now you can see that with motivation you become success.

You have complete control over your future.

You can create this feeling anytime.

All you have to do is say in your mind or even out loud yes.

Each time you say yes the same energy and feeling of control comes flooding back to you.

When the motivation is strong you can achieve anything you like.

You now have hope and inspiration.

Just feel the weight of self-taught and lethargic procrastination slipping away from you.

This opens the door to wonderful new opportunities.

You never have a problem with motivation again.

It's a part of you now and you never let it go.

You now know that there are no limitations.

You can achieve anything you want.

As the powerful positive thoughts flow through you anytime you want.

Motivation is just part of your everyday life.

You can tap into this powerful source whenever you want.

Keep the energy flowing through by focusing in your breath.

Nothing can stand in your way.

You are in charge of your own destiny.

Take one more deep breath in and think about one goal that you want to achieve.

Now imagine that goal has been fulfilled already.

And now I want you to feel that happiness that comes from achieving that goal.

Tap into the abundant energy of joy when you say yes to yourself.

Embrace this feeling of happiness and success and give it a color.

Any color that you like.

The happy color for you.

And now imagine the color filling the whole of your body as you radiate this newfound happiness from fulfilling your goals.

Fill the whole of your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

And let this feeling of joy and happiness,

Of passion,

Of inspiration fill the whole of your body and double it.

Triple this feeling.

Make it four times more,

Make it five times more and feel this abundant source of energy within your body.

Absorb all these happy emotions.

Now stay there for a few moments.

This is a beautiful state of being.

Wonderful.

Wonderful.

Now taking a deep breath in and slowly breathing out.

Another deep energizing breath in.

And as you breathe out just slowly become aware of your body.

Become aware of your breath.

And feeling motivated,

Feeling happy,

Feeling radiant and joyful you can open your eyes with a big smile on your face.
