Today we'll be doing a beautiful meditation just to let go of any anxiety and stress that has built up during the day.

It's time to just relax before going to sleep.

So just gently closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out just imagine emptying yourself,

Emptying your mind of any thoughts you've gathered during the day.

Taking another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out just let go.

One more deep energizing breath in.

And as you breathe out just calming your mind.

Soothing any leftover tension and anxiety in your body.

Let it go and slip away.

Another beautiful breath in.

Now just allow this breath to enter your headspace.

And as it swirls around the headspace let it gather all the thoughts like dust and move it all around from the head down to the face down to the neck.

Just like a broomstick gathering it,

Collecting it from the whole of your body,

Your chest,

Your abdominal region,

Your pelvic region,

Going down to your thighs,

Your legs,

Finally from the tip of your toes just leaving all those thoughts,

All those incidents of the day behind.

Offering it back to mother earth.

Imagine yourself becoming hollow and empty.

Now filling that empty space that you have just created with beautiful positive thoughts.

Imagine yourself being filled with calming,

Tranquil,

Crystal clear spring water.

Just imagine you are standing underneath a shower and this water is coming from a beautiful spring and as it touches it washes away any last remains of thoughts of stress,

Worry or anxiety in your body.

As it washes away it soothes you down.

It calms you down.

It energizes you.

So just let this beautiful shower wash all over your body bringing along with it feelings of calm,

Relaxation,

Feelings of being in tune with yourself.

Ready to have a good night's sleep.

Ready to dream another dream.

Ready to just let go so that your body can re-energize,

Recharge itself.

That's what a good sleep does to your body.

This is the body's time to heal itself.

As we go and just relax for the night.

Take another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out just slowly start preparing your body to relax,

To rejuvenate.

And now just look throughout your day and find moments to be grateful for.

There's always something to be grateful for and I want you to become a magnet to attract good things in your life.

And as we appreciate small things that happen in our lives we start attracting more good things to happen in our lives.

So just have a look at your day and appreciate the things that have made you smile.

And even if you can't find a single thing thank your body.

Appreciate the fact that you can see,

That you can touch,

You can smell,

That you can walk,

That your heart is beating for you all the time.

There's always something to be grateful for.

Wonderful.

Now that you already looked at your day,

Say thank you for the lovely things that have happened in the day for you.

I want you to just now prepare for the next day and just have an intention that tomorrow is going to be a wonderful new day for you.

Then you're going to wake up recharged,

Rejuvenated and reenergized.

With that intention when you sleep you can just slowly drift away into your wonderland.

Let your breath be your guide as you enjoy your sleep tonight.
