Let's pause for a moment.

Relax your body.

Just settle down.

Take three deep breaths in and out.

Slowly.

Long breath in and long breath out.

Again.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Pause practice creates an open doorway to the deepest place inside ourselves.

To a place of stillness.

Vastness.

Spaciousness.

Pause practice stops the never-ending storyline we tell ourselves.

Pause practice allows us to connect with the intimacy of each moment.

Now let's take three more conscious,

Deep breaths.

And just be in the moment.

Be right here.

Create a gap in your discursive mind no matter what actions you are taking in your daily life.

Let go for just a moment in time and simply be with your breath.

No matter where you are,

You can take three conscious breaths into the center of your chest and stop your world.

Be right here with the immediacy of your experience.

Right here now.

Take a break from your habitual patterns.

Transform each day of your life.

Pause and take three conscious breaths.

Create your mind even for just a few moments with pause practice.
