Bringing all that beauty and breathing it into your body.

Feeling into the colors of the flowers,
The types of flowers,
Breathing the scent of them in.
What does this field look like to you?

These flowers represent an essence of you.
Begin to walk through this field,
Feeling the softness of the ground beneath your feet.
Perhaps running your fingers along the delicate flowers and feeling the warm sun shine upon you.
As you continue walking through your field,
You notice a vast ocean at the horizon.
Continue walking towards the ocean.
As you make your way there,
You feel the transition from the soft grass beneath your feet to the cool sand that is at the edge of the ocean.
Feeling the soft powdery nature of the sand as you walk closer to the water's edge,
Observing that space and place where the water meets the land.
Taking in the smell of the ocean air and listening to those soft waves lap upon the sand.
You begin to enter the water,
Feeling the softness of the water,
The perfect temperature of the water,
The weightlessness of how the water makes you feel.
Continuing into this beautiful ocean of love,
Of oneness,
You feel that water rising up your legs,
Up your body.
And as you feel the depths of the water reach your shoulders,
You allow the water to hold you up as you float on its surface.
Feeling held and supported by the water.
You bring your attention to the beautiful sun,

That beautiful diamond light shining down,
Letting it to warm the front side of your body.
And in that space within your heart,
You begin to see your primordial cell,
The first cell of your being.
Noticing the beauty,
The aliveness within this cell.
And within this cell is your divine DNA,
Your divine blueprint that is encoded with all that you are.
It creates your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit,
Your entire experience.
Begin to witness,
See,
Feel,
Know what your divine DNA looks like to you,
What it feels like to you.
A magnificent fractal of God,

And a unique essence of you.
It is pure,

Create distortions from this knowing of our own divinity.
How we experience life through separation,
