Transcript

Close your eyes and begin to settle into stillness.

Find a comfortable position either lying down or seated,

Whatever feels most easeful for you in this moment.

If you're lying down,

Gently tuck your chin toward your heart,

Inviting your body into a state of rest.

Let your palms open beside you ready to receive.

If you're seated,

Lightly press your thumb and index finger together in Gyan Mudra,

A quiet reminder of the wisdom that already lives within you.

Feel the earth beneath you,

Steady,

Ancient.

Allow your body to soften into its support.

Feel yourself held.

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Just arrive.

Allow yourself to land fully here.

Let the outer world dissolve.

Let your breath begin to slow.

Let your energy begin to settle.

This is your sacred space,

A place to remember,

A place to receive,

A place to return to yourself.

Begin by simply listening.

Let your awareness stretch to the furthest sounds you can hear.

The rustle of the wind,

A distant bird,

A quiet hum of life continuing beyond this space.

And now gently notice the sounds closer to you,

Within the room,

Around your body,

And finally the soft rhythm of your breath.

There's nothing to change,

Just listen,

Just feel,

And let this moment begin to hold you.

Begin to deepen your breath with care.

Inhale for two,

Three.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four.

And when it feels natural,

Add a pause at the top of the breath.

Inhale for two,

Three.

Hold for two,

Three.

Exhale slightly longer for two,

Three,

Four.

Feel your breath as an anchor,

Grounding,

Softening,

Supporting.

Let each inhale bring a sense of spaciousness.

Let each exhale release anything unnecessary.

And now begin to let gratitude rise within you,

Not as something to force,

But as something already present,

Waiting to be remembered.

We begin this journey by honoring everything that is,

Everything you have been,

Everything you are,

Everything you are becoming.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to chase,

Nothing to prove.

Breathing in the gratitude for the path that brought you here,

Breathing out the resistance to how it all unfolded.

Breathing in gentle acceptance of this moment,

Breathing out the striving to be somewhere else.

Let a quiet thank you echo through your being.

A thank you to your body,

A thank you to your breath,

A thank you to life itself.

You are whole,

You are sacred,

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Now bring your attention to your body.

We'll journey through each part,

Awakening awareness.

Begin at the point between your eyebrows.

Move down to the hollow of the throat,

Right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Tip of your right thumb,

Tip of your pointer finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Right pinky finger.

Now travel back up the right arm,

Across the throat,

And down the left arm,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Wrist,

Left thumb,

Pointer finger,

Left middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger.

Now return to your heart centre,

Breathing into your heart centre.

Below the heart centre,

Feel the solar plexus,

The navel centre,

The hips,

Your pelvis,

Top of the thigh,

Toes.

Moving gently up the left side,

Returning again to the navel,

The solar plexus,

The heart.

And finally,

Resting your awareness once more at the point between your eyebrows.

Your body is awake,

Your presence is alive,

You are ready.

Begin to deepen your breath again,

Inhaling possibility,

Exhaling attachment.

Inhaling openness,

Exhaling limitation.

And with each breath,

Imagine growing your energetic field,

Expanding it wider and wider,

Where you enter into a field of infinite potential.

Let yourself float in your own infinite potential and that of the universe for a moment,

Where it is vast,

Free,

Expansive.

Bringing both hands to your heart now,

Or one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly,

Breathe into this sacred space at your heart.

Begin to feel the emotion of a future vision already being true.

Feeling the joy,

Feel the love,

Feel the freedom.

Let this feeling grow,

Let it fill your chest,

Your arms,

Let the feeling fill your whole body.

You are not waiting for the future,

You are feeling it now.

You are becoming magnetic,

Letting yourself soften even more now.

Feel your body beginning to rest in the safety of this space.

Feel the breath moving gently like a tide,

Steady and effortless.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nothing to reach for,

Simply rest in the stillness.

And from this stillness,

You may begin to listen,

Not with your ears,

But with your whole being.

Asking softly inside yourself,

What vision is ready to find me now?

Let the question float without needing an answer.

Trust what comes,

A word,

Image,

A colour,

A sound,

A feeling,

A quiet knowing.

You are not here to force anything,

You are not here to figure anything out,

You are simply creating the space for what wants to arrive.

Let it come to you,

Let yourself be found.

And if nothing comes today,

That too is perfect,

The vision may already be on its way.

Rest in trust,

Rest in receiving.

Bringing your awareness to your body,

Let your attention move slowly,

Gently,

As though you're listening with your whole being.

Scanning and noticing if there's any place that feels tight,

Heavy,

Closed,

Or unsettled.

There's no need to analyse,

Simply feel.

And let your breath meet that place.

If it feels aligned,

You may bring your hand to this place.

To let yourself know,

Give yourself a signal that you're listening.

The sensation may be something old,

It may be a familiar feeling,

Maybe a part of you that once held the weight when you didn't know how.

So we meet this now with love,

With respect,

With reverence.

You might speak to it softly,

Inside yourself or aloud.

I feel you,

I thank you.

I know you've been trying to keep me safe.

And let your breath deepen as you say,

Thank you.

You've done a job for so long,

So well.

I see how hard you have worked to protect me.

Yet now I ask you,

An invitation,

A time to soften.

You no longer need to protect me in this old way,

There's a new way now.

A way that allows peace in this place.

You won't be forgotten.

I carry what you've given me.

And now I can protect myself.

Differently now.

Feel into it,

Give your part space to respond.

Feel maybe a softening,

A release,

A transition,

An alchemization.

As you work with this part to help it soften,

Release,

And help you in a more uplifting way.

If it helps,

You can let your breath support the shift.

You're not pushing anything out,

You are lovingly letting it evolve into something more healthy.

More helpful.

Letting it take on a new role,

One that allows you to live with more ease,

More freedom and trust.

This is how we transmit.

With tenderness,

With gratitude,

With presence.

You are clearing the space,

Not by force,

But by love.

From the space you've just created,

Feel what is possible.

A little more room,

A little bit more light,

A quiet readiness.

Now,

Bring to mind the version of you who's already living this vision.

See yourself steady,

Clear,

At ease.

Embody this version of you,

Noticing how they breathe,

How they stand,

And how they move through the world.

Let yourself begin to match their posture.

Breathe as they would breathe.

Feel their presence arriving and settling into your body.

You're not becoming something else,

You're simply arriving more fully in who you already are.

If it feels right,

You can whisper something to yourself like,

This is who I am now.

And however that feels for you,

Let it ripple through your body.

You're fully embodying an upgraded,

Up-level,

Expansive version of yourself.

As you begin to awaken gentle pleasure in your body,

No need to seek,

No need to strive,

Simply noticing the pleasure that's already here.

A soft smile,

A glow in the belly,

A tingling in the skin,

The quiet pulse of a light.

Breathe into it,

Let it move,

Let it expand,

This is your life force,

Alive,

Present,

Awake.

The same energy that creates worlds is moving through you now.

Whisper if it feels right that this pleasure is my life force,

This life force is my power,

This energy is creating my reality.

Pleasure is expansion.

Expansion is power.

And power lives here,

In the body,

In the breath,

Here in this moment.

Ask your soul now,

What is one aligned action I can take?

Trust the answer,

Big or small,

A word,

A step,

A choice.

Anchor the future into your life.

Let go now,

Surrender the timeline,

Surrender the outcome.

Whisper,

It's already done.

I trust the unfolding,

Rest in trust,

Rest in openness.

Visualize your energy flowing down your spine from the crown to the root.

Feel your manifestation current descending like a spiral bringing your vision into the earth.

Whisper,

I am the channel,

I am the vessel.

My vision is safe to land in me now,

You are in harmony now.

Breathe in the frequency of your higher self,

Feel it vibrating in every cell.

You are radiant,

You are strong,

You are open,

You are whole.

Claim it,

Own it,

Live it,

See your soul family,

Your council of support gathering around you,

Friends,

Loved ones,

Guides,

Ancestors.

They see your light,

They recognize your growth,

They celebrate your becoming.

Maybe one steps forward with a message,

Invitation to receive it with gratitude.

You are seen,

You are honored,

You are loved.

Saying goodbye or letting the soul family slowly disappear,

You begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

No rush,

No rush,

Simply a gentle waking up.

The practice is now complete.

Begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Small minute movements slowly and steadily.

Take a breath in and out as you draw fresh life into your lungs.

Perhaps a little stretch or a big stretch.

When you feel ready begin to open your eyes,

Let the light meet you,

Let the world greet you.

You return not as you were,

You return with more truth alive in you.

You return back towards your whole self,

Whole,

Present,

Radiant.
