Listening to quantum conscious healing,
This meditation is intended to send back unwanted energy that we have collected as we move through this third dimensional reality.
First begin by sitting in a comfortable position.
You may lay down,
You may sit up,
Whatever you find to be comfortable.
And we're gonna begin by taking a nice deep breath.
And again,
A nice deep inhalation and a nice steep exhale out.
Very good.
And next we're going to begin this meditation by imagining our favorite color swirling around us.
This favorite color is packed with the vibration and energy of love and support.
This divine love and support swirls around your being,
Reflecting the color that is most pleasing to you.
As this color and the vibration of love,
Peacefulness and support swirls around your being,
Inhale this frequency in,
Allowing that vibration of love and support to be absorbed by every cell of your body.
And exhale out anything you do not wish to carry in your body or aura any longer.
Imagine that light,
That color swirling around you,
Giving off a warm sensation as it envelops you in divine love.
Continue to freely inhale this beautiful vibration inward into your being,
Allowing your tissue,
Your cells,
Your physical body,
Your mental,
Emotional and spiritual bodies as well,
Vibrating with this love and light of the divine cosmos.
And you begin to notice that you have now become so much more peaceful and rested.
You'll begin to notice that your muscles have relaxed and loosened,
That you're feeling more comfortable now and at ease.
And as you exhale out,
That you're feeling more comfortable now and at ease.
Your breath is now regulated and you're now feeling so much more calm.
And as this wonderful color continues to provide support and peacefulness as it continues to surround you,
You'll begin to visualize that from above there is a light,
A pure light coming down from the cosmos.
And as this light shines down on the crown of your head,
You begin to become fully aware of how accepting you are of this peaceful,
Loving and healing light.
Knowing that this light that is shining down from the cosmos has been sent down and cleared by your higher self personally.
This divine light that has been approved by your higher self is full of supportive vibrational atoms bouncing around with happiness,
Positivity and health.
As this light shines down from the cosmos and it touches your crown,
It moves down into your head,
Through your neck and down into your chest.
And you may begin to feel a sensation of warmth as this infinitely divine light moves through every energy center of your physical body.
It now makes its way,
Moving lower and lower through your entire physical body.
You continue to feel that sensation of universal support.
You are being held,
Loved.
You are being supported and respected and honored by the divine cosmos.
And as you inhale this beautiful divine light into your being,
You begin to imagine a very deep clay colored red light moving up from the soil,
Swirling,
Moving up as it makes its way towards the bottoms of your feet.
You acknowledge that this light and this energy is directly from Mother Earth.
As this light swirls and moves upward,
You know and validate that it is full of rich nutrients.
And as it moves up your feet,
Up your legs and now moving through your energy centers,
Starting with your root chakra,
You begin to sense that warmth and you may begin to smell the scent of rich soil.
The energy of Mother Earth continues to rise and right as it meets your sacral and solar plexus,
It begins to commingle,
Harmoniously dancing with the bright white light of the cosmic light that came through your crown chakra.
Here were these two beautiful lights dance with one another,
Balance and harmony is restored.
At this time you may feel the sensation or vibration of these two energies moving about and dancing in such beauty and harmony in your solar plexus between there and your navel chakra.
Know that that love,
That balance and harmony is yours to feel as it has been approved by your higher self.
And in this space,
An icy blue orb begins to form.
You begin to notice its sparkle,
Its shine as it gains space expanding,
Vibrating like the center of an atom.
As this energy source that is uniquely and divinely all yours continues to grow,
You feel the strength within yourself growing as well.
You begin to feel your strength intensifying.
Now you declare that you are a sovereign being.
You repeat,
I am a sovereign being.
I have power over my body.
I reign over my physical,
Emotional and spiritual bodies.
I send back now all unwanted energies back to their original creators.
I declare all unwanted energy is being sent back to their original creator now.
And as you say these words,
That blue orb that has grown larger and larger and larger will expand and explode.
With that explosion,
It will send back with thunder and force every unwanted energy,
Thought form,
Entity that does not belong to you.
It will send it back to its original creator.
As I count from one to five,
You will imagine that icy blue orb growing in size.
And when it reaches the number five,
That icy blue orb will explode in such a loud bang that all the unwanted energy will immediately be sent back to its original creator.
One,
You declare you are a sovereign being.
Two,
You know you are in control of your body.
Three,
The blue orb grows larger and larger in size.
Four,
You feel your own confidence and power surging.
Five,
All unwanted energy has now been sent back to its original creator.
You can now feel the space clear.
Notice the silence.
Notice the spaciousness.
Take a deep breath in,
Cleansing your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
Exhaling any remnants that you no longer wish to carry out and away from your body now.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in,
Knowing you are clean,
Clear and crisp.
Exhaling out.
You are now completely in harmony and balanced by the cosmos and Mother Earth.
You have sent back unwanted energy that does not serve you.
You have sent it successfully back to its original creator.
You are now feeling so much more at peace,
So much more calm,
Aligned and balanced,
Truly coming from a place of love.
