Maggie used Qigong to heal from burnout after years of living in fight or flight mode juggling a high-pressure creative career with being a single parent and caring for her mother at the end of her life. Practicing this ancient technology of meditative movement helped her navigate chronic fatigue, restored her energy, and instilled a deeper connection with the natural world. Maggie found Qigong to be accessible, restorative, and fun and wanted to share what she had learned with others. She is also currently studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and brings knowledge and insight from this ancient wisdom to her practice.
