Let calmness come into you.
Relax from head to toe.
Just be quiet and lie back or sit back and just let the process flow.
Just let it happen.
I'll start by opening the sacred space.
Dear Universal Spirit energy,
Please create a column of white light from the bowels of the earth to the ethers of the sky.
Please mirror this light above,
Below and all around,
Reflecting any unnecessary thoughts or deeds that might be in this room,
Consciously or unconsciously,
Reflect them back to the light from whence they came.
Please extend your protection to the four corners of this room,
To the entire building,
To the surrounding area.
I ask the energies that are needed to carry out this emotional cleansing to be allowed to travel this light safe and sound,
To carry out the cleansing to the best of everybody's abilities.
I ask the guides and clearing angels to flow into the room along with the energy of white light,
The violet light of Saint-Germain and crystal light from the crystal grid to help with the cleansing process.
I ask that any souls that have gathered here since the last cleansing,
Please step into the light and return home to both meet your loved ones and to further your own spiritual process.
May the emotional cleansing be carried out in peace and in harmony,
But most of all in love.
I now start the cleansing process itself.
So visualize your crown chakra opening and allow the white light to enter.
Let it travel down through the third eye,
Through the throat chakras,
To the heart chakra.
Hold it there.
Visualize the violet light entering your feet,
Traveling up your legs to the base chakra.
Allow it to move into your sacral chakra and hold it there.
Open the front and back of the solar plexus chakra like a flower or a doorway.
Bring the white light down from the heart chakra and the violet light up from the sacral chakra,
Side by side.
Visualize these lights beginning to spin.
Breathe in through your nose.
And on the out-breath,
Begin to push from your solar plexus chakra until you feel a clear front and back.
We'll now move on to the chakra ascension healing.
Call on the crystal light to help you with the healing.
Open up your crown chakra and draw the crystal light through it.
Draw it down,
All the way down to the base chakra and then you draw it back up to the crown chakra.
You stop at each chakra in turn and on the downward you release an emotion and on the upward you bring in an emotion.
Drawing the crystal light into the crown chakra,
Release outside influences.
Moving on to the third eye,
Release I know.
Bringing it down to the throat chakra,
Release anger and fear.
Drawing down to the heart chakra,
Release hurts and pains.
And on down to the solar plexus,
Release responsibility.
On to the sacral chakra,
Release expectation.
And finally in the base chakra,
Release survival and striving.
And in the base chakra bring in abundance and plenty.
Move up to the sacral chakra and bring in fulfillment and joy.
Moving up to the solar plexus chakra,
Bring in freedom.
And on to the heart chakra,
Bring in unconditional love.
And up to the throat chakra,
Bring in loving communication.
Drawing up to the third eye,
Bring in universal knowledge.
And finally back up to the crown chakra,
Bring in bliss.
Now we'll finish the cleansing process.
Visualize golden light entering your feet.
Filling up your legs,
Feeding your body with pure golden love and protection.
Allow it to move into each chakra to fill it up completely and complete any healing needed in that chakra.
So visualize the golden light entering your base chakra.
Filling it and healing anything left in your base chakra.
Let it moves up to your sacral chakra,
Filling it.
Moves on up to your solar plexus chakra,
Filling and healing it.
Let it move up to your heart chakra,
Filling it completely and healing anything left there.
And let it move up to the throat chakra,
Into the third eye chakra.
And finally filling your crown chakra.
And let the golden light move beyond your crown chakra.
So that as it emerges,
You see it surround you like a golden fountain,
Flowing into your aura and reaching down to your feet again.
Allow any healing required in the aura to take place.
Let the golden light energy build a golden base under your feet.
And let it bring a clear dome to be lowered over your head.
And as it lowers,
Close down each chakra one by one before you fit it securely onto the base.
You start with closing your crown chakra.
It moves down to close your third eye.
Then you close your throat chakra.
And then your heart chakra.
You close the solar plexus and the sacral chakras.
And finally you close down the base chakra and allow the dome to be fitted securely onto the base.
You are now healed,
Cleansed and ready.
And we'll finish by closing this sacred space.
