My name is Jacqueline and I am a very proud grandma.
I write guided meditations for my grandchildren and I'm very happy to share them with you too.
Words are powerful and each one makes us feel either good or bad.
People around us may be complaining,
Moaning or just in a bad mood for one reason or another and hearing their negative words can make us feel bad as the words invade our mind.
By changing negative words for positive words,
We can alter our mood and the more positive words we hear,
The better we will feel.
During this meditation,
Your mind will be cleansed and refreshed as we focus alphabetically upon positive words.
Let's get ready.
Make yourself comfortable either sitting or lying down.
Wiggle a little,
Just to make yourself really comfy as you allow your body to completely relax.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Gently close your eyes.
Take another deep breath in.
Then relax your shoulders as you breathe it out.
Now,
Breathing in your own rhythm,
We are ready to begin.
Allow your body and mind to continue to relax as I shower you with positive words.
A is for adorable,
Affectionate,
Amazing and agreeable.
B is for beautiful,
Brave,
Brilliant and bubbly.
C is for cheerful,
Capable,
Caring and clever.
D is for delicious,
Delightful,
Darling and dazzling.
E is for energetic,
Eager,
Excited and enchanting.
F is for fun,
Fantastic,
Fabulous and friendly.
G is for gentle,
Giggly,
Glorious and graceful.
H is for happy,
Helpful,
Honest and huggable.
I is for inspiring,
Incredible,
Interesting and irresistible.
J is for joyful,
Jubilant,
Juicy and jolly.
K is for kind,
Kissable,
Knowledgeable and keeper.
L is for lovely,
Likeable,
Lively and lucky.
M is for magical,
Magnificent,
Marvellous and motivated.
N is for neat,
Nice,
Natural and noble.
O is for open,
Open-minded,
Overjoyed and observant.
P is for patient,
Peaceful,
Pretty and playful.
Q is for quick-thinking,
Quality,
Quirky and quaint.
R is for reassuring,
Regal,
Relaxed and remarkable.
S is for scrumptious,
Sensational,
Spectacular and smiley.
T is for talented,
Trustworthy,
Thoughtful and truthful.
U is for understanding,
Unforgettable,
Uplifting and unique.
V is for valuable,
Vibrant and victorious.
W is for warm,
Welcoming,
Wonderful and witty.
X is for extraordinary,
Y is for yummy and Z is for zealous and zestful.
All these words make up you because you are unique and perfect just the way you are.
With your mind filled with positive words it is time to end this meditation.
Take a breath in as you wiggle your toes and fingers.
And as you breathe out,
Gently open your eyes.
Notice how you are feeling.
You should feel full of gratitude for the unique person you are.
Whenever you feel negative words surrounding you,
Return to this meditation to once again fill your mind with positive words.
