I invite you to close your eyes and breathe in through your nose,
Exhale out through your mouth,
Coming present to yourself in this moment,
Taking the time to connect with each moment.
You can't do this wrong.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Exhale out through your mouth,
Becoming increasingly present to yourself and your physical body,
Noticing,
Noticing perhaps thoughts that are arising,
Allow them to gently flow by.
The human mind presents with thoughts and so we simply come back to the breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth,
Taking this moment for yourself and as you do,
You flex those muscles of self-care and practice and simply carving out this time,
Whether it's three minutes or ten minutes or an hour,
You're giving yourself a break,
A moment to care for yourself and so as you breathe in through your nose,
Exhale out through your mouth,
Just bring attention to your feet,
These glorious feet that support you as you move through the day,
These legs that support you,
That give to you,
That are you,
These thighs,
Buttocks,
Hips,
Solar plexus,
Belly,
All of you,
Loving you,
Being you,
Permission to be you fully in this moment as you bring attention to your chest,
Your shoulders and relaxing as we bring attention to our jaw,
Relaxing our tongue,
Relaxing our head and eyes,
Shoulders and back,
As we breathe in and exhale out,
You can't do this wrong as you bring an open to yourself and who you are,
Inviting freedom and acceptance to all of who you are,
With the breath,
With awareness,
With noticing,
Non-judgment,
Compassion and acceptance and as you take your arms,
Outstretch them and then bring them back to yourself as if you're giving yourself a big hug,
Wrap yourself in love and whatever you want to give yourself through your arms,
Through your hands as you caress yourself and give and just hold it there and feel,
Feel love for yourself,
Maybe it's love for another or love for something or some place that helps you conjure up or connect to this feeling of love and heartfulness,
Take a moment and think about that person or that place or yourself in this space of heartfulness and love and with your arms wrapped around yourself,
Just allow yourself to receive that love,
Just be and notice,
See if you can open to feeling whatever comes up is perfect and right,
This is a moment for you to be with yourself and your feelings,
All spectrum of emotion is welcome and needed to be fully alive and vital,
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhaling out through your mouth,
Relaxing,
Releasing into your body,
You're taking time for yourself in this moment,
You can relax your arms and just breathe in and exhale out and just notice your body,
Open,
Open,
Open to who you are,
To what that means for you,
Maybe it's curiosity of who you are,
Maybe it's acceptance,
Maybe there's an inquiry to take with you,
Maybe it's a feeling,
May you continue to make space for yourself in your day today,
Yourselves will remember this moment as you've opened to yourself,
To your heart,
To your beautiful body that supports you in each moment,
