Welcome to the Goddess Meditation.
This meditation is for you and your body.
It is a time to allow your space,
Your energies to feel restored,
Loved and abundant.
Find yourself a comfortable place that is safe and a place where you will not be disturbed.
You may like to sit in a comfortable chair or simply lie on the floor.
Wherever it is,
Know that you are safe.
Take a slow inhaling breath in and a slow releasing breath out.
Letting go of all the worries or stressors of your day.
This is your time now.
Take another nourishing breath in all the way down to the tips of your toes and a slow releasing sigh out and allow your awareness to arrive on your breath.
And as you gently breathe in and out,
You feel the movement in your body.
The gentle rising of your heart and the gentle falling like the waves in the ocean.
Flowing in and flowing out.
You start to notice now the sounds inside your room and you allow them to pass through your being.
They wash in and around your awareness.
If you have a busy mind,
You may like to label these sounds.
Though that's a bird or that's a car passing.
Allow yourself to simply notice the sounds.
And as you hear the sound of your breath,
The gentle sound on the inhale and the gentle sound on the exhale,
It takes you deeper,
Deeper into the very essence of your body.
And as you breathe,
You become aware.
It's like your breath is being breathed for you with a loving sense of deep compassion,
Acceptance.
This is the force that brings the power of the Goddess into form.
Allow the edges of your beautiful body now to soften.
Allow the edges of your mind to also soften and feel into the expansion.
As you notice the edges of your body start to slowly soften,
You also notice the flow of your breath in the background.
Your bones become heavy.
You are safe to surrender here.
As you feel that breath within your body,
You notice the life force now within your body.
It's like a pulsating river of life.
Like warm,
Beautiful,
Nourishing gold.
It's warm.
It's loving.
It's accepting.
Breathe deeply and feel into this.
You may see your body start to illuminate with this beautiful liquid gold flowing in to your muscles,
Your cells,
Your bones,
Your organs.
As you breathe again,
You notice your entire body now illuminated with your light.
The light of the Goddess inside of you.
It moves you.
You breathe a little deeper.
You start to feel the energy swirling within your body.
You may like to move your hands or move your legs or even make some groans and sounds.
Breathe a little deeper and as you feel this magnificent life force within your body,
You bring your loving hands to your face with adoring admiration as if you are touching yourself for the very first time.
You rub your hands over your shoulders and your arms and your legs,
Curious of all the sensations and experiences that it brings you.
You rub your tummy,
Your hips and create that beautiful sense of bliss.
Breathe deeply and allow yourself to be consumed by the bliss.
And as you do,
You allow a beautiful smile to appear on your face as you feel so abundantly rich and warm and nourished and loved and held.
You are the Goddess and the Goddess is you.
Breathe deeply and allow these waves to surround you,
To love you,
To hold you tenderly.
And as you breathe again,
Know that the Goddess is breathing with you.
Slowly breathing.
If you want to,
You can bring your hand to your heart.
Simply say to yourself,
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for this moment.
Thank you for connecting me to my embodied Goddess of all that is.
Knowing that you are loved,
You are worthy and you are full of abundant possibilities.
May magic and miracles go your way as you breathe a little deeper.

Simply allow your eyes to open.
Look around your room and allow the beauty of the day to greet you.
