This is a meditation on healing your heart with Archangel Raphael and the Emerald Green Ray of Healing.
Just close your eyes,
Focus on your breath,
Just breathing gently in and out as you become more and more relaxed.
Bring your attention down to the soles of your feet and see,
Sense or feel roots coming down from the centre of each foot,
Moving down into the earth below.
Just like the roots of a giant oak tree,
Spreading down deeper and deeper until you feel connected and grounded.
Now call on the Angels of Protection to place a bubble of protective energy around you and see,
Sense or feel this beautiful angelic light surrounding you now.
I'd like you to imagine that you're looking up at a beautiful blue sky,
The sun is shining and the clouds are drifting effortlessly by.
As you continue to watch the clouds,
They start to form the shape of a ladder that gently descends until it reaches where you are sitting.
The top of this pearl white ladder disappears into the clouds above and you start to climb up this ladder effortlessly now,
Going higher and higher as though you are being lifted up through a column of light.
As you step off the top rung of this pearl white ladder,
You find yourself stepping into a magnificent crystal pyramid that is shimmering and radiating with luminous angelic light.
Waiting for you inside this crystal pyramid is the Archangel Raphael,
The Archangel of Healing and Abundance who works with the emerald green ray of healing.
You gaze in awe as your eyes wander around this magnificent pyramid and you sense or feel a pulsating energy within your heart now as your own heartbeat aligns with the vibrational pulsation of the crystal energies.
Archangel Raphael walks towards you now with his wings outstretched and he wraps them around you,
Embracing you with his healing love and light.
Allow yourself to feel being held in this deep embrace of love.
Archangel Raphael knows all about the lessons or challenges that you have gone through in this lifetime and he knows how much of your heart has been closed down through the pain or suffering you may have experienced or how much hurt,
Pain,
Sadness or wounding lies deep within.
He unfolds his wings from around you now and steps in front of you and from his heart he pours this emerald green ray of healing light into yours.
Be,
Sense or feel this healing light being absorbed deeply as your heart starts to dissolve the layers of unhealed emotions or feelings within so that healing can take place and your heart opens to love once more.
Love is the ultimate experience in the soul's journey.
You are here to connect to love within you,
To give and receive love and to remember that you are a divine spark of love that emanates from Source,
The Divine I Am Presence.
Archangel Raphael brings his wings into a prayer position and the emerald ray starts to form a crystal pyramid of emerald green light in front of you.
And Archangel Raphael places this crystal pyramid into your heart.
Give this angelic gift of healing energy now.
How does it feel?
Can you feel your heart starting to open?
Know that you can return to this place for further healing at any time and Archangel Raphael will be waiting for you.
But for now it is time to leave this place and you walk back towards the top step of the pearl white ladder.
You give thanks for the healing that your heart has received today,
Knowing that this self-healing process will continue and you say goodbye.
You start your descent back down the ladder,
Climbing back down each rung now,
Coming all the way down,
Down into your physical body,
Closing each chakra in turn.
From the crown chakra all the way down to your base chakra now.
Bringing your awareness now back into your body.
Being aware that your feet are still firmly rooted to the floor below and you are now back in the room where you started.
And when you are ready,
Just open your eyes.
