When Golden Energy Replaces Ego

The more sincere our spiritual journeys, the clearer the path to our hearts and to the light. Challenges may arise, but we are guided through them. If we lack sincerity, we may go around in circles but if we keep going, a deeper sincerity arises, bringing clarity.

Physical symptoms can arise, signaling the presence of unhealed emotions. As we allow and embrace these feelings, both physical and emotional healing often follows.

If you feel lost and in the middle of nowhere, just return to being present with yourself in the moment. The experience of feeling'nowhere' becomes a happier 'now here'.

Westerners learn to look outside themselves and to *do*. True growth occurs as we patiently look inside for answers and allow ourselves to just *be*. Forcing the process, only strengthens resistance.

Gradually we learn to step back and patiently observe our thoughts and ego machinations. As we do this, resistance dissolves and we begin to embody the golden energy of the soul.

Wow You were really channeling the fire! What a huge lesson on the difference of practicing with a doing mind rhan in a state of being. It was such a gift for me and I am so thankful that I entered the doorway of my path through my body rather than my mind. I never had a strong desire for enlightenment or to accomplish a particular goal I was just in so much physical pain I had surrendered to the practice for relief and still do everyday. I've learned so much from you Thank you! I continue to be curious about the way I just don't feel worshipful or devoted to a particular person like Amma or Buddha etc, even though intellectually I understand that would help me along my path.
