You know,
I've been in the deathbed of people when they realized that they hadn't lived their life in truth,
You know,
That they got lost in their heads or the labyrinth of their egos or their conditioning and they felt they'd wasted their lives.
So this is why I'm making the video because you know how the East is benefiting from our industrialization and that we can benefit from the Eastern spiritual understanding and that there could be a cross-fertilization.
So I'm bringing this Eastern knowledge to the West because I think we really need it.

So this is really aimed for anyone in distress and I'm wanting to suggest that a way into peace and greater happiness is developing the habit of focusing on your heart area several times during the day,
Really as much as possible.
No matter what you're doing,
Whether you're cooking or eating or talking or just thinking,
If with part of yourself you lodge in your heart area,
That this will over time,
You will become more present in your body,
More self-accepting and more compassionate with others.
And it will just happen silently and wordlessly because you're steering that way.
You see,
The heart area of the body is the intersection of our physical being and our egos with our soul energy.
So if you bring the focus to your heart,
You actually start opening the door to embody your soul energy more and that's what brings happiness,
I found.
So if you keep doing it,
What will happen is gradually your defenses will be worn away.
You will move through them.
You'll be moved through them because you're bringing your attention to your heart,
Which is signaling to your soul your willingness to allow your soul energy to come into your human life and form it and for your willingness to embody your true nature.
Truly it will work.
It's gradual though,
So there'll be some days when it will seem like it doesn't work and especially if your ego is trying to discourage you from this process,
You'll forget to do it or it will seem useless,
But just ignore that.
Just keep doing it.
I promise you.
I promise you it is pretty much one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself for self healing.
Yeah it's so simple and it doesn't cost anything because you know sometimes Western therapies,
You know,
We're all so focused on the head that our therapies get so analytical and cerebral that they're not oriented towards bringing in the soul energy because in the West we might not even think there is a soul,
But there is.
I promise.
So just a simple practice of focusing on your heart area as you go through your day is pretty much like,
You know,
The way to go zero to 100 in five seconds.
Just keep at it and then you know your death bed will be peaceable and happy as well as your life.
