One of the things that really helps awakening is to be able to see your own culture clearly,

See the culture that imprinted you,

You know,

As long as,

As well as your family imprinting,

But it's all contained within the culture and what the culture emphasizes.

So this is to help us see our culture,

Certainly in the West.

A young woman wrote in and said that after many years of scientific studies,

They've decided that walking barefoot is healthy.

And she was smiling about this because it's like,

You know,

In the old days,

Early humankind,

We were barefoot,

You know,

And then shoes developed.

And so it's really sort of not surprising that the return to the simplicity of barefoot might be healthier for our connection to the earth and communing with mother nature.

It's kind of like,

Well,

Of course,

I mean,

So what do we need scientific studies about?

Like,

Do we need scientific studies for this?

So again,

This shows how kind of skewed our culture is towards the intellectual and how much people are downgrading their own instinctive knowledge about things.

Because I think many of us would just instinctively know that walking barefoot was healthy.

You know,

Just even,

You know,

You might notice it walking across your lawn and notice how you feel.

You know,

Shoes are great,

Barefoot's great.

It's just,

Maybe we can trust,

We could learn to trust the innocence of our instinctive knowledge and not let our complex culture steal it entirely because,

You know,

It's our instinctive innocence that loves our children.

So a lot of problems come because children don't feel fully loved.

And so,

You know,

They try to dull their pain and drugs and all kinds of things.

So this is just a gentle reminder about the call,

A call to simplicity,

A call back to our hearts,

Back to what you already know,

Because,

You know,

Your souls are genius.

Infinitely intelligent.

Yeah,

So listen to your heart.

Okay,

Bless your hearts.
