That is the real feminine energy.

Most of us are walking around with energetic girdles coming from the patriarchy.

And our movements are not fluid or round.

They're often quite jerky,

Even in women.

Right.

Right.

So underneath all this stuff,

You have a fluidity of movement that is just waiting for you to allow it to rise up.

But in there is a whole bunch of feelings that you have judged as not allowed.

So it's just your choice about how sincere you really want to be and how many games you want to play.

It's dead simple,

You just decide to feel the feelings you do.

You just feel them.

You are with them.
