The focus in the West is so much on doing that we forget who we are.
In fact,
We forget by the time we're like 10,
Really.
So,
It's to remember,
To begin to steer to remembering who you really are.
And it can feel quite taboo when you start,
No?
Just thinking about yourself.
Not sort of your likes or dislikes for,
You know,
Coffee or how you like to dress so much,
But thinking about what it's like to be in your skin.
How do you feel during your days?
What years were you happy in?
What years were you sad in?
What was the hardest experience you've ever had?
What dream did you have recently?
What was your biggest nightmare as a child,
If you can remember that far?
Because actually that nightmare will tell you a lot about your conditioning.
As I've said in another video,
I used to dream about being in a castle full of suits of armor and ghosts.
And that was accurate to how it felt living in my family of origin.
But beyond that,
That's what I came in with to solve this lifetime.
It wasn't anybody doing anything to me.
It was coming from my choices in other lives and my experiences in other lives.
And we replay these over and over again through our lives until we start waking up to who we really are.
And then we have to think,
You know,
Come a little closer to our hearts and listen a little more carefully.
So often when I'm working with people,
I'll say,
How do you feel?
And they say,
I don't know.
You know,
It's sort of like putting a gone for lunch sign on yourself.
No,
Not wanting to know how you're feeling,
Because if you do know how you're feeling,
Then you'd have to be responsible for that.
You'd have to take more responsibility for the way your life is going.
But,
You know,
If you have the courage to do that at all,
Your life can become far more meaningful and enriched than going along,
You know,
Just out for lunch,
Zoning out.
Yeah.
And yet I understand there's so much pressure to just fit in and just think,
Like the matrix kind of go along with the mass consciousness.
But,
You know,
Humanities,
We're hitting over a cliff.
And I'm,
You know,
When this hits home,
You understand this,
It becomes much easier to wake up.
Yeah.
And there's a great relief with just coming back to yourself and relaxing into yourself and relaxing into the truth of yourself.
And,
You know,
Your false friends may leave,
But your true friends will stay.
And if you're going through a period where there's nobody around,
Just make friends with your heart,
Make friends with the Creator,
Make friends with Mother Nature,
And people will return or new people will come in and they will love you more than the others.
I promise the closer you get to yourself,
The more accepting you are of yourself,
The more the outer world will reflect this.
It just might take a bit of time,
But it is inevitable because what is inside is out.
So if you're befriending yourself inside,
You will find good company.
Okay.
Bless your hearts.
