When we open our arms and our hearts to our inner child, the little munchkin inside will gradually feel safe enough to come forward. As this happens, we will become more aware of our true energy and gifts. We will also experience up close and personal the child's wounding that forms our ego. By simply watching this material — for example feelings of hopelessness — AND turning more sincerely and deeply to the Creator/Universal Love, these emotions begin to dissolve, and our child-self can start to heal. Our mind will become quieter and more peaceful. The more we allow our three-year-old self to live through us, the more we live our true Nature. The Creator will always come in to support this process. The way can seem tough sometimes, especially because we tend to underestimate our progress. But in truth, we are always moving forward — never backward.
