One Soul

Many Eastern sages say everyone you see is part of the same soul. That means that everyone is breathing in and out due to this soul. Think of it. You cannot use your will to stop breathing. If you try, you will faint and begin breathing again. So if something beyond us is making us breathe, why do we think we are in control of our lives?

What we think is concrete reality is actually soul energy vibrating at a lower frequency, so it becomes matter. When we sleep, we return to that soul energy, and the Universe dissolves, only to be recreated when we wake up.

It seems so real but as you rise up on the journey, it slowly becomes obvious that we are divine Beings dreaming our human lives

I know that there is one soul and one soul is breathing all of you guys. Do you understand one soul is is activating your lungs and bringing your breath in and out. Do you understand this? And that Allah is breathing from that same soul even though she's uh like a thousand of us. Our one soul is breathing all of you and you your breath comes you can't really control it you will take breaths if you try to hold your breath you can't. Finally what happens you if you really have a strong will you'll faint and then you'll start breathing because something way beyond you is breathing you something that you're not in control of that just loves you it just loves you but it's wanting you to learn it knows you have to learn so that's why you you know you get tough periods you have to learn but it loves you you're its beloved so our normal everyday worldview of you know say live in Canada or Germany or the U. S. And we have to pay our rent and you know whatever it's it's so not the main game the main game is what's breathing us all and what's you know what brings this universe into seemingly physical you know solid what brings this universe into the form of matter but really it's soul energy just with the vibration brought down so it's turned into matter that's you you got that which is breathing you created this universe and Amma says and it's not just Amma like all the eastern sages say it that at night time when you're in deep sleep it dissolves basically we're just in our soul energy the whole universe dissolves and then it recreates it's it's dreamed up again when we wake up and we think it's so real it's just illusion what's real is you are an eternal being and this is one of probably thousands of lifetimes and this is another reason why we can't judge ourselves because we don't know all the material that we're coming that we're bringing from other lifetimes and if we understood all the perceptions that we'd had in these lifetimes and the reasons say why we're scared of water or why we feel threatened in crowded rooms or something if we knew all the reasons why we felt this we would have incredible compassion and self-understanding we would understand ourselves and we'd feel incredible compassion for ourselves
