You know,
In the East they talk about the Heart Chakra and that there's a choice at that level between fear and love.
And the Heart Chakra is the centre of the human being.
In fact,
If we put our arms out wide,
We make a cross,
Basically.
If we stand with our feet together and then put our arms outside,
Out to each side,
Right in the centre of our heart,
The centre of our body is our heart,
Where we,
You know,
Are both human but we also have access to the divine.
So as I said,
In the course of human life we have a choice between fear and love,
Basically.
And the importance of early child rearing is that the more secure and safe and loved a small child is,
The more they experience love and the more then they trust their existence,
They trust life.
And they can relax into love.
They don't have too many experiences of fear.
So in their adulthood it can be woven then with love because we repeat what happened to us as little kids.
So if you have a really,
You know,
Steady,
Loving,
Happy,
Playful early childhood,
It's easier for you to then express your true nature.
The other thing I want to talk about,
And I think it's stunningly obvious,
Is that nursing opens the mum's heart chakra.
That's the point of it.
You know,
I mean all this fuss over nursing and,
You know,
I remember reading a thing about,
You know,
This mum was complaining because she found it essential experience nursing and she didn't know if that was alright.
And I'm like,
Just let it open your heart.
I mean,
That's the point of it.
You know?
Sometimes I think,
You know,
We're all talking about,
You know,
What's the science behind everything?
What does the science say?
And,
You know,
We set up a lab,
You know,
Laboratory experiments and everything and we kind of miss the obvious that the whole nursing helps open the mum's heart chakra to the baby.
And this is good for babies and it's good for mums.
Okay,
Bless your hearts.
