Jenna made this shift where she realized that she could save herself,
But she did it through the shift into self-love.
You went soft on yourself,
Jenna.
Right.
And that's what I'm wanting you guys to do.
It's what I had to do.
I went so soft on myself.
Right.
And Jenna had gone through a really tough time and,
You know,
I was being tough with her because again,
It was,
We've been through this,
But she got it.
You see,
You guys,
I can't save you.
I could be serving you honey.
I could be serving you vinegar.
It doesn't matter.
It is your existential choice to turn and greet yourself with love.
Right.
And it's your birthright.
You're entitled to,
You deserve it.
Right.
You are God in human form.
And you see,
When we do this,
The shell cracks and we go,
Oh my God,
The light dawns.
And we go,
It was staring me in the face all this time.
I just didn't see it.
It's where the guy talks about the,
You know,
Amazing grace.
He says,
You know,
This fool or wretched person,
What is loved?
Yeah.
You guys,
You're all loved by the divine.
You're just,
Yeah.
You're just exquisite.
And when you say this to yourself,
Yes,
I deserve this love.
I am loved,
But it often comes after periods of intensity.
Jenna had a really intense Christmas and I'm getting tougher with you guys because I can be as gentle till the cows come home.
And it's like,
This is self-realizing training.
Sometimes teachers are tough.
In the old days,
They would take,
They had wooden bats.
They'd hit their students with the bat.
I get this.
I get why they did it.
It's true.
I think a little more of that would be healthy for actually helping people on the journey because life doesn't screw around.
I mean,
Sometimes life is really tough and,
You know,
We have to be able to face those times.
Yeah,
Jenna,
I was like so happy when you wrote this because you can build on that.
You can build on what that felt like and then notice when you lose it and then come back to it.
