When hopelessness comes, let yourself move through it, but don’t get stuck in it. Keep your direction in mind and remember to love yourself. In the morning, give the day to God. Even small things help: telling yourself, “I am moving through this,” or looking at nature during stressful moments. If it feels like you’re not making progress, you may simply be becoming more sincere. When you truly decide to love yourself, instinct will guide you. You will begin to know what you need. Use your imagination positively. Don’t worry—worry is negative prayer. Instead, comfort the child within you. Let these things support you, together with your mantra and gratitude. Trust that you will always be where you need to be, and receive what you need.
