I used to get up in the morning and I would go,
I give the whole day to God.
It's a very powerful thing to do.

They just add up.
And it's the level of sincerity,

We can do these things if we're sincere.
We will just do them.
And what you'll notice is if you feel like you're not making progress,
Then this is how we start getting more sincere.
We start helping ourselves more.

We realize nobody else can save us,

We just find the energy to help ourselves more.
Even small things.
I told you when I was studying,
I used to take 10 minutes out per hour and look at nature pictures.
I just instinctively did that for myself.
And it kind of,

I tended to be really anxious in my teenagehood.

It kind of,

I think what it did is it got my left brain going or my right brain going when I did it.
And so,
It actually helped me learn.
Taking these 10 minutes to staring at a nature picture,
And then I go back to studying.
Yeah,
Just simple self-help things.
Just follow your instinctual.
Yeah,
But let yourself love yourself deeply,
You know.
And using your imagination.
You know,
You can imagine Ama being very pleased with you or giving you a hug.
Like,
Use your imagination this way.

Lots of times the way we use our imagination,

We worry.
Worry is negative prayer.
Okay,
Let that echo.
Negative prayer.
It's like dark praying.
You don't want to do it.
If you're stuck in worry,

Don't guilt yourself,
But just,
You know,
Try to.

It's,

Your worry is coming from the little kid within who doesn't feel loved.
Truly.
You love the little kid within and your worry will go down.
You'll move into the present moment more.
You'll worry about the future a lot less.
And you'll handle your life like a pro.
You'll just get smarter about how to handle your life.
You'll get more information,
More intuitions.

That's the goal that comes with going through fear.
You start being happier.

And you function better.
