Coming Out From Behind The Wall
So many of us live our lives in a defensive way, as if we are hiding behind a thick stone wall. Ironically this wall of numbness and alienation doesn't protect us from life. (We just pretend it does.) When we step out from behind this phoney protection, we begin to live life with a capital L. This means stepping forward and living from the heart, from wisdom. Premasudha says it is our best protector by far. The great thing about living life from a 360-degree-perspective (rather than from a I win-You lose attitude), is many problems dissolve or even fail to manifest in the first place. Ruth Ann described how opening to Unconditional love is helping to heal her auto-immune disease while Michael observed how darkness we see in family members can reflect our own unacknowledged fear and ignorance. Atibha spoke about being able to smell the scent of freedom while Maxie made the brave choice to take space to discover her true Self. Further speakers: Bhavani, Miriam Music: Jenna
